if you're someone who finds hotel very expensive but B&Bs not upto mark...this is where both the worlds meet. We are very sceptic of propoerties, but this one delivered. Hotel like luxe and the comfort of having a balcony, fridge, coffee machine. the bathroom robes are an added bonus Gorgeous interior. good bathroom Great AC. a cute balcony although not much to the view. walking distance to the old town. To the bus stand and to a bus stop. All shops and chemists are literally next door. Beds are super comfy and very clean. Ana was very helpful too. We arrived post midnight and the check in is smooth and automatic.

Otroligt välstädat, fräscht rum med balkong med viss havsutsikt. Badrummet var spotless med duschtvål/shampo/balsam. Nära till allt (inom 3-10 min promenad) och flera bra restauranger precis i närheten. Finns ett Jimmys supermarket precis på andra sidan gatan. Superbra kommunikation via whatsapp med Ana (värd) som gav tips och förslag på aktiviteter och restauranger. Bra wifi såklart och väl fungerande AC.

The room was just as pictured, very clean and beautiful and had many comforts that were appreciated (glasses, silverware, refrigerator). The design is gorgeous and new. The location was great and a very close walk to the harbor and Split city center.

Very good communication from Ana, the host, who sent us all the information needed for check-in and was very responsive whenever we needed anything. Luxury Rooms Le Prestige was a convenient and comfortable place to stay in Split—just a short walk from the Old Town. Although it was the most expensive room we stayed in during our trip to Croatia, it also felt the most upgraded and high-quality. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the washroom was modern and well-designed. While the room itself was on the smaller side, it had everything we needed for a pleasant 3-night stay. There’s no concierge or staff on-site to greet you, but Ana Katarina was easily reachable via text. She made the self-check-in process simple and straightforward, and she was quick to respond to any questions we had throughout our stay. Our patio was tiny and didn’t offer a sea view, but the sunsets were still beautiful, and I really enjoyed watching and listening to the swallows flying around in the evening. Don’t worry—they’re not loud and don’t stick around for long.

The check in was early which of course can’t be counted on but the host did her best to accommodate which happened to work out! Smelled great in the room and the layout of the room was well executed. Loved having the balcony!

The room was immaculate and can only presume it's been recently modernised as everything looked brand new, which was great. The room was set out really well, bed and pillows were lovely and it had a superb walk-in shower too. It really was perfect. You even have the option to buy a bottle of buy in the room which I found an excellent idea. Nothing better to enjoy a bottle on the verandah as the sun went down ! Communication with Ana the owner was excellent, she was really helpful and responsive and wanted to help in any way possible. Location-wise it was great if, like us you arrive by ferry or left by bus. Both being a10-15 minute stroll away and similar to the promenade. If you want a really top notch accommodation book here. We would definitely come back to this luxury room again.

The room is fabulous. The location is quite close to the old city and shopping center. Although parking is not available, it is not difficult to find a park slot or car park nereby. The staff is responsive quickly and helpful to give you advice on visiting the city.

We enjoyed our stay there. The room was like in the photos. It was very clean and comfy. Hosts were very friendly and responsive. The location is only a couple of mins from the main street/boat and bus station. There is also a bakery next door. We highly recommend that place. Such a beautiful, spacious and stunningly stylish accommodation, having those gorgeous wooden shutters to your own balcony made for glorious breakfast overlooking the ocean. Staff were also super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.
