What a great apartment! It is in a great location of Old Town Rovinj. It has a very comfortable living area to relax and read or watch tv. We had a request for the owner of the apartment and they responded immediately. It is nicely furnished and not far from the main gate of Old Town. Highly recommend!

Great location! Photos matched unit. Very clean. Hosts super responsive. Small suggestion, provide a few more bathroom amenities (shampoo, soap), a couple more towels, and a couple pillowcases for the extra pillows. 😁. Had a great visit!

We enjoyed our stay in Rovinj so much. We were right in the middle of everything. The room was modern and so comfortable from the bedroom to the living room and kitchen. Alessia was super helpful setting us arrival help by providing a parking suggestion and pick up from lot to apartment was seamless. Highly recommend booking this place.

I had a wonderful stay at Igor’s apartment in Rovinj. The location was perfect for exploring the Old Town, and the apartment itself was cozy, clean, and well-kept. A big thank-you to Igor for his warm hospitality — I was even able to check in early without any extra fee, which made things so much easier for me. Alessia, who welcomed me at check-in, was absolutely super: friendly, professional, and very helpful. She also organized a private transfer to Ljubljana for my next leg of travel, which I really appreciated. Both Igor and Alessia are truly super hosts — kind, attentive, and dedicated to making sure everything goes smoothly. Altogether, a great experience and highly recommended for anyone visiting Rovinj.

I was very impressed with everything about this apartment, and I am extremely particular about where I stay when I travel. The air conditioning unit cooled the space. No problem with taking a hot shower. Spotlessly clean. Very nicely decorated. Absolutely perfect location. Because this apartment is in a neighborhood, I was able to get a feel for what it would be like to live in Rovinj. I loved that! With the windows open, you can clearly hear people talking right below your window from about 7:30am until around 8 or 9 pm. My last night there was the only night when there was a conversation going on until around 11pm. There is also the occasional delivery motorcycle that goes by, but even they are not terribly loud. I knew there would be some street noise because I chose to stay in the middle of Old Town. Fortunately, the windows in this apartment are high quality. Most, but not all, the noise is eliminated by closing the windows. It didn't bother me. I will be back!

We loved our stay at Igor’s apartment in Rovinj. It is in the heart of the old town, the beautiful cobblestoned alleyways are right outside the door, with excellent restaurants and shops very close. The apartment had all the amenities we needed, it was great to live like a local in Rovinj for our stay.

Great location on Rovinj, a beautiful place to walk around, so many restaurants and bars. Very comfortable apartment with everything you need to cook, wash clothes. Nice bed and big comfortable couch. Kettle doesn't work well though - suggest this be replaced. Plenty of different ways to make coffee though.

Overall a good experience in an excellent location of old town. Pros: central to sites, waterfront, many restaurants and bars. Spacious, neat architectural details in walls & beams, great water pressure, good clothing storage, nice to have iron and washing machine. Efficient communication & very good heating/cooling system. A well stocked kitchen, very nice floors, big fridge. Host gave us info on a spot to park for free, which was much appreciated. Great restaurant a 1 minute walk called Balbi, and a short uphill walk to the church to watch the sunset. Cons: Everything about the apartment was great - except the soft furnishings (bedding, pillows, towels) definitely need replacing. Easy fixes for the owner to invest in for a much more comfortable stay for guests. A small thing - there were lots of hooks for drying clothes but perhaps a foldable drying rack would be easier.

The apartment is in the heart of the old town which was great to have the best restaurants nearby. We parked at a free parking lot and used the transfer golf cart service Igor recommended which brought us right to the doorstep in Old Town. Couldn’t have been easier. The apartment was nicely furnished per the pictures. The couch was a nice place to relax along with the fireplace which can be used with or without heat which was a nice feature. The washer/dryer worked really well (one wash pod is provided so if you need more, plan ahead). We enjoyed our stay and recommend it!

Great stay at Igor's apartment. The location is excellent, and the apartment was as described. We had a last-minute delay in our travel plans, which caused us to arrive late in the evening from another town. Igor helped us arrange an amazing driver and had someone meet us at 11 PM to greet us at the apartments. We couldn't have asked for more!

Igor's apartment is a great place to stay in Rovinj. The location in old town is perfect, everything is right out your door. The apartment is set up to make you feel like you are at home so you get to experience living like a local. I highly recommend the stay at Kastela Antika. The apartment is located in the heart of the center of Rovinj, therefore a stone's throw from all the city's attractions. Overall, we had a great stay at Igor's place. The property was quite difficult to find as cars can only take you so far, then you have to walk & navigate through the construction taking place which is right near the apartment. Thankfully, Alessia came to meet us & helped us to the apartment. The apartment was spacious & in great location - walking distance to restaurants & shops. This is managed by a property management company and they were great with communication & responsive. There were some minor issues, but were quickly resolved. There is NO elevator so if you have quite a bit of luggage, keep that in mind. Overall, I would recommend this apartment to others due to the communication, location, and spaciousness.

This is a remodeled, well maintained, very comfortable apartment in the heart of Rovinj’s old town. Quiet, luxurious and spacious. It takes a few minutes to walk to, because it is in the pedestrian zone of old town, but well worth it. Hosts were fantastic, welcoming and easy to reach. My wife and I stayed here at the beginning of October. This is our third trip to Roving, and this apartment has been the most modern and nice apartment yet. It is updated and comfortable. There is a nice large sofa for relaxing in the apartment and an electric fireplace. The location of the apartment is perfect: easy to walk to and centrally located in the Old Town. Our host, Alessia, was very responsive and able to answer any questions we had. This apartment is a great find in the Old Town of Rovinj!

The apartment is very central and in the heart of the old town. It is quiet at night. The shower has very slow drainage which means it is at risk of overflowing. The toilet seat was broken on our arrival but this was remedied once reported. All other facilities are good and the large bed is super comfy. Directions prior to arrival may be helpful for those who don’t have smart phones. We contacted Alessia once we had arrived in Rovinj and she met us at the apartment and advised on parking, which was helpful. There are lots of restaurants within minutes of the apartment and a small supermarket, the location is excellent.

Highly recommend Igor’s apartment! It was super comfy, especially since we had a couple of evenings of rain while we visited Rovinj. The sofa is huge and comfortable and was the perfect setting for a movie night. Had everything we needed, and Igor even offered early check in so we could store our bags. Would love to visit again.
