This penthouse is located at the top of a modern new building in Rovinj, offering a stunning view of the park. The building is situated in a quiet and safe residential area, very close to the city center and beaches. Most of them are within less than one kilometer. The nearest beach - Lone Beach (with bars and sun loungers) is just a 10-minute walk away. You can reach the city center with a pleasant 15-minute walk. You don't need a car. Walk and enjoy nature, the sea, people-watching... For those who love nature, the beautiful Punta Corrente park-forest is only a few minutes away. Here you can walk, swim, sunbathe on natural rocky beaches or under the trees, jog, or ride a bike. Five minutes away from the apartment, there are also sports facilities – basketball and tennis courts, and a bowling alley. In a nearby hall, you can join group exercises with a professional trainer (Pilates, cardio exercises, etc.).
The Q Superior consists of 2 bedrooms with double beds, a living room with a kitchen, a bathroom, and two spacious terraces.
The apartment is fully equipped. High-quality practical furniture and equipment are carefully selected with your comfort and satisfaction in mind. You will find WiFi, SAT TV, air conditioning, heating, an awning, a well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, refrigerator, microwave), and a bathroom with a Finnish sauna, shower, and bidet. On the terrace, there is a hot tub for 3-4 people and a space for socializing and relaxing. For additional comfort, the property provides mosquito window screens, an iron, a vacuum cleaner, towels, toiletries, bed linen, bathrobes, and much more. There is also a free outdoor parking space for your car.
