Nice owner, she personally came to show us around, and at time of departure she came to say goodbye. Apartment is clean, spacious and well equipped, in this “colder” time of the year sauna and jacuzzi ware real blessing for my kids. Location was really quiet “we ware alone in whole house”. Location is ok, a bit outside city center, to the beach is not far. Food store is some 200m away.

Boravili smo u apartmanu tijekom kongresa u Rovinju i iskustvo je bilo izvrsno. Apartman je vrlo čist, moderan i odlično opremljen — točno kao na fotografijama. Prostor je ugodan, funkcionalan i pruža osjećaj privatnosti i mira nakon cijelog dana aktivnosti. Posebno smo uživali u sauni i jacuzziju, što je bilo idealno za opuštanje nakon kongresnog dana. Sve je bilo uredno, toplo pripremljeno i vrlo jednostavno za korištenje. Domaćin je bio pouzdan, komunikacija brza i jasna, a check-in bez ikakvih komplikacija. Lokacija odlična — tiha, a opet blizu svega što je potrebno. Sve u svemu, smještaj za svaku preporuku. Definitivno bismo se ponovno vratili.

This is an outstanding property in a great location. Well stocked, quality details throughout... very much a resort-type feel. Easy walk to the old town area for sightseeing, shops and restaurants. Some seasonal landscape work and nearby construction spoiled a bit of anticipated quiet time in the retreat-like outdoor space, but we still very much enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Vladimir and Iva are terrific hosts; excellent communications, accommodating, and quick to respond to questions and concerns.

Iva, the host, was super proactive and responsive. The apartment was immaculate and one of the most modern with all amenities. When we arrived, Iva met us and showed around the apartment. When we found that the internet was erratic, she was super responsive and was on top of it and had it fixed as soon as possible. The apartment is within walking distance to old town and has restaurants / bakeries close by. I would absolutely recommend the apartment and would definitely visit again.

Iva was a great host, very friendly and with tips on local restaurants and beaches! She helped us check in, get oriented, and made sure everything in the apartment was ready for us. The location is great for walking, 15-20 minutes to old town and multiple beaches. We had a lovely time!

ALLES! Tolle Lage, in der Nähe des Strandes, Supermarkt und Restaurants. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Die große Terrasse mit Jacuzzi und Saune ist einfach perfekt zum Entspannen. Iva und Vlad sind sehr freundlich und nett und versuchen einen jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen! Mit diesem Apartment macht man nichts falsch und ist absolut zum Empfehlen! Unsere Familie hat die Zeit sehr genossen und wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Beautiful apartment thoughtfully prepared to ensure guests have the best possible time. Comfy bed, nespresso machine (with handful of pods), complimentary soft drinks in fridge & option to buy wine from wine fridge in kitchen. Apartment has a sunny outside space with well-kept plants/ landscaping & wooded outlook in an attractive, quiet residential area between sea & old town. Supermarket around corner however best option for breakfast is the Hotel Arupinum a block away that Iva has a negotiated rate with. Thanks for your hospitality Iva. Everything! Great location, close to the beach, supermarkets and restaurants with delicious food nearby. Most importantly, the apartment is beautifully decorated, with everything you need, plus sauna and jacuzzi, really really comfortable! The host Iva is very friendly and kind! Very detailed introduction to the apartment. Our family spended an extremely enjoyable and unforgettable three nights here in Rovinj! Definitely recommend! Definitely worth everything.

One of the best AirBnb experiences we’ve had anywhere in the world. Iva’s attention to detail and commitment to making a positive experience for her guests shows; beautiful linens, her personal hospitality, spotless, modern, beautifully decorated and comfortable apartment. In between activities we loved spending time on the patio which borders a forest and feels like an oasis. All of this, plus a nice short walk to the enchanting historic center of Rovinj where we enjoyed strolling and fabulous sunsets. Our only regret is that we stayed only 3 nights. We loved the joyful sounds of Croatian music in the air and it was hard to leave. Should have stayed longer.

Vladimir’s wife, Iva, met us at check in and she was wonderful. Super helpful, set up reservations for us and made us feel at home. The place is incredible. Attention to detail. My wife and I along with another couple slept well and enjoyed our peaceful mornings listening to the birds in the preserve behind the rear deck. Highly recommended!

Vielen Dank an Iva und Vlad für den freundlichen Empfang, netten Kontakt und die tollen Tage in Rovinj! Die Wohnung war sehr modern ausgestattet und war blitzsauber. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Küche, in der alles vorhanden ist, was wir für einen gemeinsamen Kochabend benötigt haben. Auch die Terrasse mit Sauna und Whirlpool war ein Highlight für uns!

We loved our stay in Rovinj. It was a little walk to old town but central to old town, boardwalk, park and beaches. The house is lovely and we made use of the sauna and hot tub as well. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. Definitely would recommend for a family stay.

Beautiful, modern and very private villa. The location is perfect for the best beaches in Rovinj, the Lungamare Plaza and the old town. It has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Iva was the perfect host. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & hope to return.

Unser Aufenthalt in Q Whisper hat alle unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns wie zu Hause gefühlt! Der Kontakt mit Iva war wunderbar, sie ist eine tolle Person. Das Apartment ist ganz neu und modern, es wurde auf wirklich alles geachtet, damit einem im Urlaub nichts fehlt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig und schön, innen sowie im Außenbereich. Wunderschöne Strände erreicht man zu Fuß innerhalb 10 Minuten, in der Stadt mit vielen tollen Restaurants ist man in 10 Minuten. Wir kommen wieder ❤️

Iva & Vladimir were amazing hosts! they were so helpful from the very first contact. Beautiful new apartment with all the amenities. Super comfortable. We always looked forward to coming back to the apartment after a long day at the beach. The hot sauna and Jacuzzi were an added bonus that we really enjoyed. It’s really something special. The apartment faces a protected forest that is absolutely gorgeous. You can walk to the beach or bike… So close to the City center with all of the restaurants.. but you are also close to the five star hotels if you want to splurge at a spas or their beach restaurants. Absolutely loved it and look forward to coming back.

Дуже приємна хазяйка, зустріла нас, розповіла все про апартаменти. Чисто, охайно, користувалися джакузі та сауною, дуже сподобалося, зручно, закритий паркінг внизу, до моря 5-10 хвилин. Поряд гарний італійський ресторан.
