Sleeping arrangements are set up for 2 guests with 1 double bed, and the apartment also includes a balcony terrace with a historical view. The nearest beach is just a 2 minute walk away and everything can easily be accessed on foot. The apartment is situated on the second floor of a vintage traditional Istrian building. Recently renovated and equipped with everything you may need during your stay, this cozy studio apartment also has a romantic terrace perfect to enjoy breakfast in the morning or a glass of good Istrian wine in the evening.

Furnished with a fully equipped kitchen (stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine...), washing machine, SAT TV, AC, free WiFi, this studio apartment is an ideal place for couples to spend the holidays.

With the St. Euphemia church, farmer's market, an abundance of dining options and beachline close by, an excellent all round Rovinj experience is assured. And all you romantic hearts out there will love our terrace with a historical view and a sound of splashing waves in the distance.

Although our apartment isn't accessible via car as it is situated in the pedestrian area, convenient luggage carts are available to transport your luggage for a small fee. The accommodation doesn't offer a parking place, but the nearest public parking (extra cost) is situated at a distance of 250 m. We can also organize a transfer from the airport to the apartment.
