This newly built 4-star villa in Rovinj is set in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. It offers three bedrooms with double beds, each with a TV, its own bathroom, and a balcony. The ground floor has a spacious living area with a seating zone and a large TV, plus a well-equipped kitchen and dining area, along with an additional toilet and a laundry room. Outside, enjoy a terrace with an outdoor dining and lounge area, and a furnished pool area with sun loungers and sun umbrellas in a green garden. Beach is about 300 m away and the town centre about 500 m. Parking is available in the front yard. Pets are not allowed and smoking indoors is not permitted. Check-in is 15:00–23:00 and check-out is 06:00–10:00.

Villa Pomigranai with Swimming Pool is a newly built, luxurious 4 star Villa with swimming pool, located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood with Rovinj city center and Mulini beach in the walking distance. The house is composed of three bedrooms each with a double bed, a TV and its own bathroom and balcony on the upper floor. The ground floor consists of a vast living room with a seating area in front of a big TV screen and a very well equipped kitchen that includes everything you might need for your vacation (stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker...) with a dining area. There is also an additional toilet and a laundry room.

Going out to the terrace, there is an outdoor dining area and a lounge area perfect for enjoying in your first coffee in the morning, in summer meals all together or to relax with a glass of Istrian wine in the evening. The swimming pool area is also furnished with sun loungers and sun umbrellas to best enjoy in the amazing fresh water in the hot summer days. The house is surrounded by a green garden which makes it a perfect location for families with kids. The area is very calm and quiet so you can enjoy in the peace, the sun and the nature and simply relax! Everything you may need can easily be reached on foot or by cycling, with the gorgeous Rovinj beachline and the town center just a few minutes away, but private parking spaces are available in front yard of the house.
