A Rovinj villa built with natural products, stone and wood, while keeping the original Istrian architecture. The villa includes a private pool and three bedrooms on the ground floor. In the basement you’ll find a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. Set on a large enclosed plot, the grounds feature Mediterranean plants, a copy of “Kažun” and an artificial pond. There’s also a terrace for morning coffee with lavender and a view of the surrounding nature. Check-in starts at 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00; parking is available for 2 cars and pets are limited to 2. A security deposit of 200 is required.

This beautiful holiday house is located not far from the Old Town of Rovinj. During the construction of this house, natural products, stone and wood were used, and the original Istrian architecture was maintained. The Villa Has a private pool. On the ground floor there are three bedrooms, and in the basement there is a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. The peaceful surroundings of the house will provide you with a relaxing holiday. On the large, enclosed land you will come across various Mediterranean plants, as well as several interesting details, such as a copy of 'Kažun' - (a circular field shelter made of stone in a dry stone wall), and an artificial pond. On the terrace you can drink your morning coffee in peace surrounded by fragrant lavender and enjoy the view of beautiful nature. We recommend that you visit the city of Rovinj, the pearl of the Adriatic, with its romantic streets and experience an exciting nightlife.
