This 3-bedroom villa in Rovinj is set in a calm green area with a large olive garden (5,000 sqm). Each bedroom has a double bed, TV, and its own bathroom. The home also includes a spacious living room with seating and a big TV screen, a dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen (stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker). Outside, enjoy a furnished terrace with outdoor dining, an outdoor kitchen, barbecue grill, sun loungers and umbrellas, plus a hot tub and swimming pool. Private parking is available, and bicycles are provided, with storage in the basement if you bring your own. Beach is 1,500 m away and the town centre is 3 km away. Included visits are a boat tour around Rovinj’s archipelago and a guided walking tour of the old historical town (to be confirmed and arranged upon arrival). Check-in is 15:00-22:00 and check-out is 06:00-10:00. One child under 3 can stay free on existing beds; a babycot is available on request, and pets are allowed on request with possible extra charges.

Olive Garden Paradise is a newly built, luxurious 4 star Villa with swimming pool, located in a magnificent green environment on the outskirts of the town of Rovinj (in the area of Valalta Camp). The house is composed of three bedrooms each with a double bed, a TV and its own bathroom. There is also a vast living room with a seating area in front of a big TV screen with a cute dining area which connects to a very well equipped kitchen that includes everything you might need for your vacation (stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker...). There is also an additional toilet and a laundry room.

Going out to the terrace, there is an outdoor dining area and an outdoor kitchen you can use, as well as a barbecue grill. The terrace is also furnished with sun loungers and sun umbrellas to best enjoy in the amazing hot tub or in the fresh water of the swimming pool. The house is surrounded by a big olive garden (5000sqm) which makes it a perfect location for families with kids. The area is very calm and quiet so you can enjoy in the peace, the sun and the nature and simply relax! Everything you may need can easily be reached by car, but cycling, running and walking routes are all available close by, leading you to the gorgeous Rovinj beachline or to the town center.

Private parking spaces are available in front of the house. There are also bicycles at your disposal, or if you bring your own you can keep them safe in the storage unit in the basement of the house!

Included in the price are also 2 visits of the town! A boat tour around Rovinj's archipelago giving you the opportunity to experience the town from a different point of view while sailing the amazing clear blue waters of the Adriatic sea, and a guided walking tour of the old historical town of Rovinj giving you insights on how the locals live and what the best places in town are! (The tours have to be confirmed and arranged upon arrival)
