In the second row of houses just 50m away from the sea stunning views of sparkling blue water can be enjoyed from every corner, balcony, terrace or while splashing in the pool. 280 m² occupies the bright interior consisting of a spacious living room equipped with a sofa and a flatscreen TV to enjoy relaxing evenings, fully equipped contemporary kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a central island, a dining room for eight and ample ensuite bedrooms in elegant design each with its own flatscreen TV and a desk. The outdoor is cleverly setup with seating areas to enjoy the views, a built-in BBQ adjoining an alfresco dining table, plenty of sun loungers that surround the pool, as well as a children’s playground for the little ones. Pool table, table football, generously equipped fitness room and a sauna are all provided for your entertainment. Your gracious host also supplies 2 kayaks, 2 SUPs and 5 bicyles.

Eight adult guests are comfortably accommodated in four ensuite bedrooms.

Rogoznica is a small village yet a popular tourist destination known for its sheltered bay and calm sea. Plenty of estaurants serving local delicacies, shops and beaches are in the vicinity. Not to be missed is the UNESCO proclaimed Old Town Trogir 30 minute drive away. Or head down to Split for a day to experience one of Croatia’s most popular cities, offering abundant dining options, shopping, cafes, historical sites, and active night life.

For transparency: please account for 300 euro security deposit to be paid upon arrival directly to the host and returned upon departure, subject to inspection. Please no groups of under 25 years of age.
