There are 4 bedrooms and 7 (+2) beds, suitable for 7–9 guests; the first floor includes air-conditioned bedrooms and a lounge with SAT LCD TV, while the top floor has a king-size room with a separate bathtub. Outdoors you’ll find a Mediterranean garden with a gazebo and outdoor grill, plus a salt water swimming pool and beach deck chairs with sun umbrellas. Check-in is 16:00 and check-out is 10:00; a €500 security deposit is payable on arrival.

 

The ground floor of Villa Mare includes a spacious living room with fireplace, a professional fully equipped kitchen with a lovely dining area and a bathroom with a shower. The living area has two accesses to the spacious Mediterranean yard, rich in aromatic herbs. The yard has a gazebo equipped with dining furniture and an outdoor grill that will introduce you to the world of Dalmatian cuisine.
 
The first floor of the villa is reachable by a spiral wooden staircase. This area has one single and two double air-conditioned bedrooms, a smaller central lounge with SAT LCD TV and a fully equipped bathroom with a shower.
 
On the second floor of the villa, there is a master bedroom with a king-size bed. There is also a modernly equipped bathroom with a separate bathtub. From the bedroom window, you can enjoy the enchanting view of the sea. In this large area, there is a possibility of placing an extra bed.
 
Villa Mare is completely covered in lush vegetation. A significant area of this property is certainly its spacious garden, rich in diverse Mediterranean vegetation and equipped with dining garniture and deck chairs. Another main feature of the villa is its salt water swimming pool.
