Villa’s residential area is divided into three floors, all connected by stairs and an elevator. The ground floor offers a fully equipped kitchen, dining area with large dining table and chairs, and living room area with access to the outside spacious terrace and large heated swimming pool (38,5sqm).
On the same floor, you will find a relaxing and entertainment area which includes a sauna with infrared therapy, a separate shower, a toilet, and a billiard room.

Luxury Orvas Villa 2 first floor offers a gym and 3 king-size bedded rooms, of which one is a master bedroom with a shower and bathtub en-suite bathroom and sea view private balcony. The other two rooms also have en-suite bathrooms with showers, balconies, and sea views.

On the second floor of Orvas villa 2, there is another master king-size bedded room, en-suite bathroom with bathtub, shower, sea views private balcony. On the same floor, there are two more bedrooms with king beds, en-suite bathrooms with a shower, and a balcony overlooking the sea. Villa offers one room designed around the needs of people with disabilities.

For a complete luxury experience, Orvas Villa 2 is fully air-conditioned, has underfloor heating, an indoor fireplace, a Sonos sound system, Samsung smart tv with satellite television, highspeed internet as well as many extra services with a surcharge which can be organized, and ordered in advance. 3 bicycles, 3 kayaks, 1 SUP board table tennis, BBQ with an outdoor kitchenette are also available for an unforgettable holiday.
