Sprawled over 200 m2 the spacious villa offers seven bedrooms, with three housed in separate private apartments for added privacy and flexibility, each bedroom offering incredible sea views. Summer kitchen is provided for your enjoyment, with BBQ facilities and outdoor covered dining area, all accompanied by breathtaking views and Adriatic sea air. Situated just a short 13-minute drive from Dubrovnik, guests can easily explore the city's attractions while enjoying the serenity of the villa's location. Wine enthusiasts can indulge in the villa's wine cellar, adding a touch of sophistication to their stay.

Located just 10km west of Dubrovnik, Zaton Bay is abundant in marvelous beaches with calm clear water. Plenty of restaurants and shops are available in the area. For a full experience it is recommended to visit infamous city Dubrovnik. Formed in seventh century and since scarred by many of its rulers, today it displays rich cultural history and historical significance. Protected by UNESCO pedestrian only charming Old Town is enveloped in 10th century city walls, 2 kilometers in length, in some parts 6 meters tall. It is a must stroll! Stradun, or Dubrovnik’s placa, is a picturesque street lined with cafés and restaurants, a perfect view point to admire the architecture and watch the world go by while enjoying fresh catch of the day and sipping on a glass of Malvazija. Welcome to Dalmatia!
