The ground floor features an open living area with a fully equipped kitchen and a large dining table set for eight, with access to the pool deck. Upstairs, the bedrooms are designed for comfort with floor-to-ceiling windows. For time in-house, there’s a gym, pool table, table tennis, and an alfresco dining area with barbecue. Outside, an outdoor pool is surrounded by sun loungers. Seget Donji is a small fishing village with a small harbor and a beach with calm water, and UNESCO-listed Old Town Trogir is about 2 km away.

In walking distance to the beach, luxurious Villa Ancora is set up for a delightful family vacation. Two levels occupy the bright and specious contemporary interior featuring elegant furniture and creative light fixtures. The ground floor allows access to the pool deck and yields an open space with a living room containing an oversize corner sofa, fully equipped kitchen and a large dining table set for eight. Spacious and luminous bedrooms with focus on comfort are on the upper level with floor to ceiling windows inviting abundant light. A gym, pool table, table tennis and alfresco dining area with a barbecue are provided for your use. An outdoor pool is surrounded by sun loungers and makes a lovely option to refresh if going to the beach isn’t on the agenda for the day. Plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes are available within walking distance.

In four bedrooms eight adult guests are comfortably accommodated.

Seget Donji is a small, serene fishing village with a lovely small harbor and gorgeous beach with calm water ideal for enjoying the Adriatic away from the crowded tourist destinations. Here, the locals spend their time producing olive oil, goats’ cheese and preserving anchovies. The cuisine is rich in fresh seafood, olives and delicious Malvasian wine. From here take an easy excursion to the nearby islands and visit a UNESCO proclaimed World Heritage Old Town Trogir, just 2km away.

For transparency: please account for 400 euro security deposit to be paid upon arrival directly to the host and returned upon departure, subject to inspection. Please no groups of under 25 years of age.
