Set in Seget Donji, this two-story 300 m² villa provides a comfortable base for up to 10 guests. The open-plan living area includes a seating space and a dining room with a table for 10. The kitchen features a central island. Four ensuite bedrooms offer sea views, balconies, and flat-screen TVs; one bedroom also includes a seating/entertainment area with a sofa bed that can accommodate extra guests. Outside, enjoy a seawater infinity pool and a jacuzzi, plus designated seating and dining areas. Two parking places are available, and pets are not permitted. The pool operates April–October and is closed November–March. Check-in is at 16:00 and check-out at 10:00. A €1,000 security deposit is required on arrival, and groups under 25 years of age are not allowed.

Equally impressive interior unveils into open plan expansive living room featuring comfortable seating area and a dining room with a table for 10 guests. Natural light floods the ample rooms through floor-to-ceiling windows, framing stunning views of the sea from every corner. Stylish kitchen with a central island is perfectly equipped for all your culinary needs. Four ensuite bedrooms offer sea views, balcony, and flat screen TVs. Each bedroom offers something special… a claw foot tub, a walk in shower, or an easy pool access. Whether you are here with friends, family, or both, Villa Marvel on the Sea provides optimum relaxation, indulgent luxury and close proximity to conveniences and cultural opportunities. Welcome!

In four bedrooms eight guests are comfortably accommodated. One of the bedrooms has its own seating area/entertainment room with a sofa bed able to accommodate 1 or two more, if necessary.

Choice of restaurants, cafes, and shops are all within a short walking distance. Seget Donji is a small, serene fishing village with a lovely small harbor and gorgeous beach with calm water ideal for enjoying the Adriatic away from the crowded tourist destinations. Here, the locals spend their time producing olive oil, goats’ cheese and preserving anchovies. The cuisine is rich in fresh seafood, olives and delicious Malvasian wine. From here take an easy excursion to the nearby islands and visit a UNESCO proclaimed World Heritage Old Town Trogir, just 2km away.

PLEASE NOTE: your gracious host provides Split airport transfer, as well as short trips from the villa. Longer trips may be organised for an additional cost. Boat tours can also be organised at extra cost. The pool is available April–October (closed November–March).

For transparency: please account for 1000 euro security deposit to be paid upon arrival directly to the host and returned upon departure, subject to inspection. Please no groups of under 25 years of age.
