A spacious villa in Šibenik (Prosika) designed for larger groups, with 10 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and 4 toilets for 16 (+4) guests. The property includes a garden with a swimming pool (24 m2) and sun loungers, plus access to a pebble and partly rocky beach about 10 m away. Enjoy the bay panorama from the terrace areas, and use the provided outdoor grill, concierge service, and TV in each living area and bedroom. Free amenities include WiFi, a kayak, and sea mooring for small boats.

The first thing you will notice upon arrival at Villa Quiet Paradise is the size of the open space around the villa. It all begins in a large garden with a swimming pool, which extends in front of the villa, continues to the long, pebble beach and is ideal for an active, but also relaxing vacation with your friends and family. The large garden is a relaxing oasis with a swimming pool, surrounded by a beautiful lawn, olive trees, pine trees and sun loungers. Near the pool, there is an outdoor grill along with a bar, sitting furniture and special play area for children. Right in front of the villa, there is a cascade garden landscaped with different Mediterranean plants and flowers, which complements the overall atmosphere of this beautiful and spacious garden.

Descending a few steps, you will find a panoramic view of the entire bay and nearby islands. The aromatic pine trees, typical for the Mediterranean, surround the pebble and partly rocky beach, along with its boat mooring (up to 7 m). Access from the estate to the beach is possible through two entrances. Since Villa Quiet Paradise is in a secluded area, with no other houses nearby, it will offer you your own oasis of peace and relaxation, and a perfect vacation for you and your loved ones.

On the ground floor, there is a beautiful covered terrace, which can be reached from the garden by going up just a few stairs, located on both sides of the terrace. The terrace is equipped with sitting furniture and it is ideal for enjoying the magnificent view of the sea while drinking your morning coffee or having dinner in the warm summer night. From the terrace, the entrance door leads to a charming living area, which consists of two parts. On one side, there is an area equipped with a stone fireplace, sitting set and TV, ideal for relaxing and socializing with your friends and family. The other side is reserved for a fully equipped kitchen with a table and chairs. The living room area is framed with two windows and glass walls, which overlook the beautiful surroundings of the villa and the sea. From this living area, a door leads to the area where the first two bedrooms are located; both rooms include a double bed and a bathroom with shower.

On the first floor, there are two separate apartments. Each apartment has its own entrance, located outside, one on the left and the other on the right side of the villa. From the garden, stairs lead separately to each of the entrances of the apartments. Each apartment consists of two floors; the ground floor of the apartment and first floor of the apartment. Both apartments are designed similarly.

The ground floor of each apartment is divided into a living area and a relaxation zone. The charming living area of the apartment consists of a dining room with a table and chairs, a kitchen and a relaxation zone with sitting furniture and a TV. From the living area, there are glass doors which lead to the terrace with a stunning view of the whole bay and nearby islands. The terrace is equipped with sitting furniture and it is ideal for a perfect start to your morning or for enjoying the magical colors of the sunset in the evening. Both apartments have a separate exit onto their own terrace with shared sitting furniture, but there is still privacy since a wall separates each apartment. On the same floor, there are two bedrooms; one with a double bed and the other bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower and a toilet.

The ground floor of the apartment is connected to the first floor of the apartment by a spiral staircase. In the attic of the villa, there is a modernly designed first floor of the apartment, reserved only for resting. At the top of the spiral staircase, there is a pleasantly decorated hallway with sitting furniture. The hallway leads to two spacious and modernly decorated bedrooms with a double bed, cabinet and TV. On same floor, there is also a bathroom with a shower and guest toilet.

Behind Villa Quiet Paradise, there is a large parking for guests. The driveway leads from the main entrance through the entire estate.

Villa Quiet Paradise is fully air-conditioned and equipped with a TV in each living area and bedroom, TV antenna, DVD player and Internet. Each bedroom has a safe. The villa is equipped with a kitchen, which includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove with oven, hood, ventilation, dishwasher, electric kettle, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, mixer and dishes. The villa also has a washing machine, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, swimming pool (24 m2), outdoor grill, summer terrace and indoor fireplace. For the guests of the villa, parking and a boat mooring up to 7 m are provided. The villa has its own concierge who is responsible for providing its guests with everything they need.

Distance from the sea and beach is 10 m; from the centre of the place of Pirovac is 3 km.
