The basement includes a gym and a gaming room with PS5, and the first floor adds another kitchen, two rooms, and a terrace with sea views. From the terrace you descend directly to the beach, where three SUP boards with paddles are available. Gym, PS5 gaming room, and sauna access are included. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out by 10:00.

Designer stairs from the living room lead to the bedrooms and the sauna, which overlooks the sea.

On the first floor of the villa there is another fully equipped kitchen and two rooms, as well as a beautiful terrace with a view of the sea.
