Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cet appartement idéalement situé dans un environnement calme á quelques minutes de marche de tout (quartier historique, Riva, plage, port, magasins). Très bien équipé et décoré avec goût. Linda est une hôte vraiment sympathique qui se soucie du confort de ses locataires. Elle répond dans les 10 minutes à toutes les questions, ce avant et pendant le séjour. C’est une hôte exceptionnelle. Nous recommandons sans réserve cet appartement à Split.

We enjoyed our stay. Pictures were accurate. It is on the smaller and cozy side but still plenty of room for 2 people. We really didn’t hear noise from the other apartments. The only time we heard the other tenants was when they were in the stairwell, but that was super quick. Location was great, maybe 5-10 min walk to center of old town. Taxi/uber cannot drop you off right infront of the apartment, they can drop you off about 1-2 min walk away. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place!

We really enjoyed our stay at Linda’s place! The amenities were excellent—everything we needed was readily available. The location was perfect, with easy access to the Old City, the ports, and even grocery stores nearby. The apartment was easy to find, and both check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. The apartment is a little gem in Split. The location is amazing - we only needed like 5 mins to walk into the Old Town or 10 to the beach. Grocery stores, fresh markets or restaurants were also just around the corner. Despite it's amazing location, the area around the apartment is quiet. The apartment was just as described. While it was more the size of a medium-sized bedroom, just like the pictures showed, it was fully equipped - from several fresh towels and few toiletries to kitchen equipment. We were able to cook meals without too much of a hassle since Linda also provided a few kitchen staples. The bed was comfy and the AC and TV worked swimmingly. In general, we loved staying at the apartment and felt very comfortable there. Linda was such a great host btw. Communication with her was super easy - she provided easy instructions on how to check in and she had plenty of geat recommendations in her Welcome Book. Overall, we had a lovely stay at her apartment.

Lovely apartment in a great location to see all the sights in Split. Short walk to bus and ferry terminals. Clean and tidy, very comfortable. Responsive host. Apartment has a shared entrance to other apartments so you can hear noise at times, advise to pack ear plugs for this reason. Would definitely stay here again however.

Spotless cleaning, a very cozy space with loads of character, quality bed linens, nice ambient lighting options, a private and quiet but still very central and desirable location, a good-sized fridge, a Nespresso machine, a genuinely friendly and responsive host... honestly, what more can you ask for in a place? The photos make it clear it's a small studio apartment, and yet I was very happy to discover it isn't quite as small as anticipated (and I came with two suitcases - one very large). It's very liveable for a single traveller and I imagine an easygoing couple would also be very happy here. I recommend only a few minor improvements including more hangers for clothing and a few more hooks on the walls, as the small freestanding closet with shelves in the corner doesn't hold a lot and the small space means living out of a suitcase isn't ideal (better to unpack and store the suitcases in the corner), and some new quality pillows. Overall very good value & host Linda is exceptional!

Super place, exactly looks how it’s advertised. Close to everything but the same time peaceful to get restful sleep. That weekend we stayed was a lot of events going on, but as soon as we left old town we couldn’t hear anything from our place. 🙌🏻 Linda was very helpful. Much appreciate, lovely place ❤️

Lindas Apartment ist sehr schön eingerichtet und entspricht den Fotos (in echt ist der Raum lediglich etwas kleiner, als er auf den Fotos wirkte 😊). Das Bett war sehr gemütlich und TV etc. funktionierten einwandfrei. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen - die Altstadt von Split ist innerhalb von wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen (daher haben wir auch nie in der Unterkunft gegessen, was jedoch möglich gewesen wäre). Die Stufen zur Unterkunft waren mit zwei größeren Koffern etwas anstrengend, aber nichts, was nicht machbar wäre. Check-in und Kommunikation liefen super!

Linda is a well-organized and friendly host! She offers lots of options for activities from Split to the national parks like Krka Waterfalls, Plitvicka lakes, the blue lagoon and island hopping. Not only is she fast in her responses, she is also very friendly and helps out, if anything does not go as planned (apart from the accommodation - which was always fine). If you look for an apartment close to the city center but far enough away to get good sleep at night without people partying in front of your window, this is your place to go!

The apartment was very clean and up to date. Although it was not very soundproof. Unfortunately the guests in the apartment next door had a party long in to the night so we did not get much sleep. You could hear a needle drop in the other apartments! That being said, the location was super and the apartment was very clean and neatly decorated! Close to everything in the old town of Split. Linda was very helpful if needed. Would stay here again but would then bring earplugs.

Linda’s place was just lovely! It had everything we needed for short stay in Split. Some people noted it to be small, but if you are in split there is much more to do than sit in apartment. It is perfect base for venturing the city. The nespresso was a nice added touch as well!! Thank you :)

Lovely decorated studio apartment in the old town of split. Very close to everything including the main bus stop and the ferries. The accomodation was quiet even though it was so close to everything. Linda was a great host and very responsive. She allowed us to leave our bags at the accomodation earlier, which was great. Would stay again and recommend to all.

The kitchen is well equipped, if you are looking to cook some of your own meals, with basics like, coffee, jam, honey, olive oil, salt & pepper etc. provided. Linda was a great host and made check in very easy! Would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking to stay close to the Old town!

Linda’s place is just a few minutes walk to the heart of Split. The place is how it appears in the pictures and was very clean. She is an incredible hostess. After checking out I realized later that night that I forgot my AirPods. She was willing to go to the extra effort of shipping them to me the following day. In an amazing coincidence, my host in Dubrovnik was planning to be in Split the following day. Linda met up with my Dubrovnik host and delivered my AirPods to her! Truly amazing hospitality. Thank you again Linda!

Brilliant stay for me and my girlfriend at Linda’s place. It’s safe and secure and only a 5 minute walk from the main strip in Split. Be advised the staircase it quite steep to get the cases up but it isn’t hard! Would 10/10 definitely recommend to anyone

Linda was a great host, and very responsive to any questions we had. The location of the apartment is very central and an easy walk to the Adriatic sea, shopping, dining and other attractions. The apartment is a little small with limited storage space but for the two of us it was sufficient. I would highly recommend the apartment to others.
