We had a lovely stay, the apartment was around the corner from everything we needed but in a peaceful spot. Only a short walk to old town centre and the nearest beach. The bed was very comfortable and thr kitchen well equipped. We plan to visit again in future!

Great place to stay, good air con and double glazing so the flat is quiet and you can sleep well even during a heatwave. Located 10 min walk from a beach and 10 min walk from the ferries to go visit surrounding islands. Great stay in Croatia

I had an amazing stay at Monfrina 1, very close to downtown and the beach. Apartment had everything we needed and special thanks to Linda who was an incredible host. She is very nice and friendly, first day we arrived she had bought us chocolate and fruits! Also was there whenever we had any questions. Also Loved that the apartment had a balcony!

Linda was beyond phenomenal with communication and accommodating us. We had troubles with our flight in and she was understanding and kind. The place was the perfect size, and the bed was exactly what 2 exhausted travellers needed! It is in the most perfect location, within walking distance of everything from beaches, to markets and old town Split. We will 100% be staying here again during our next visit and can’t wait!!

The apartment is located perfectly if you want to walk to the Old Town and have an explore of the area. It was clean and comfortable with plenty of amenities to make my stay enjoyable and easy. I stayed here for 4 nights & it was perfectly placed for visiting all of the local sights on foot. It is particularly convenient if you arrive into Split by bus or rail as both are very close by. I loved being in the old town & so close to the farmers market. The apartment is quite simply furnished & very comfortable. There are sufficient kitchen utensils for basic needs & the shower is decent. The balcony space is pleasant. The stairs are quite steep, but Linda had warned me ahead of arrival & even at 66 I found them fine with a cabin sized case. Linda was very approachable & I found her extremely flexible.

This was my first visit to Croatia coming from the east coast of the USA with my mom. The apartment was very comfortable with a lovely balcony to sit outside. The location was great as it was a quick walk to the green market, Diocletian Palace, boardwalk and all shops and restaurants. Linda was a great host as she was quick to answer all my questions prior to and during my stay in Split. Stayed for 3 nights. Great location. Very close to center, yet quiet. Linda was very responsive, even providing guidance on nearby parking spaces (we scored a free one)! Stairs do require some effort, particularly with heavy luggage, but manageable (steep but short). Linda arranged airport transfer which worked perfectly and was cheaper than Uber. We loved the balcony. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay in Linda’s apartment. The apartment is in a great location, 3 min walk to Split market, 5 min walk to Diocletian Palace. There are lots of shops, restaurants and historical sites nearby. It is 15 min walk to Bacvice beach. Linda was a terrific host, very friendly, helpful and responsive. We received clear instructions on self check in. She also organised our transfer from the airport, excellent service. The apartment is excately as in the photos. Tastefully decorated, very clean with a well equipped kitchen. The bed was very comfortable, a nice shower with plenty of hot water. Even though the apartment is central, it was nice and quiet, no problem getting to sleep at night. We would highly recommend Linda’s apartment, and look forward to a return visit.

Great base to explore Split. 2 mins walk to the port & the palace. Was great to be close enough but tucked away for quiet evenings. Well stocked bathroom and kitchen, comfortable bed & great little balcony. Note the unit is up 2 flights of stairs, one pretty steep. Would absolutely recommend to anyone staying in Split. Linda was accommodating, responsive and helpful. 10/10 stay!

We loved our stay here! Linda’s place is in a private peaceful area, but only a 5 minute walk from “downtown” of old town (great restaurants and close to the port). Very comfortably would sleep 4. Clean, spacious, great for our stay!

It is well appointed and in a great location, easily walkable to the Riva, harbour, and Old Town but in a quiet neighborhood that allows a good night sleep. We had a very nice stay at Monfrina apartments. There was everything you could need in the small kitchen and the apartment was very clean. Check-in and check-out was very easy with the key box. It was nice that there was beach towels available as well.

This was an adorable apartment in a nice neighborhood, and a great location central to everything. The apartment had everything we needed, and nothing that we didn’t need. The windows cabinets, furniture, shower, tile, work, and stonework are attractive and very functional. It even has a heated floor in the bathroom. And the laundry in the hall closet is a nice touch. Laundry soap was even provided. The hostess communicated well with us, and made our trip very enjoyable. We really enjoyed staying here.

We had a great stay in Linda’s apartment. Beautiful apartment and very close to old town. Linda was very supportive before and during our stay. We used the taxi recommended by her and it was great. We went to Split with a baby and there are some stairs to reach the apartment but it is manageable. Her son kindly helped us with the suitcases.

Great little place in good walking distance to everything. Lovely terrace great for a coffee in the morning with a local pastry. You will need to bring a beach towel if visiting the beach. No hand rail going up the stairs so be mindful if you have lots of luggage. Linda is very helpful :)

Die Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und genau wie auf den Fotos beschrieben. Wir konnten durch die Nähe zur Altstadt hervorragend alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants von Split erreichen. Trotz der Nähe zur Straße war es erstaunlich ruhig in der Wohnung! Linda war überaus zuvorkommend und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
