Great location right next to the main square. It was very comfortable and nicely set up. Bruno was a great host who met us from the taxi that he had kindly arranged to pick us up from the airport and took us to the apartment. He gave us lots of useful tips of where to eat and explore. The location was perfect: in the middle of the old town -pjaca. However, if you close the windows, there is no noise from outside. The room was perfectly clean and had a charming wall which was part of the old city. The rest of the appartment is modern: all what is described, is present. Bruno (contact person) is always available via phone or even in person if necessary. You can store your luggage for free after check out, should you want to. I highly recommend this place for a stay in Split.

Great property. Is located on a really good spot near the Palace, yet is well isolated so you can relax with no noise from the outside. Bed is super comfy, you have some amenities in the bathroom and even a beach bag with towels to use with you when you go to the beach. Bruno the host was extremely kind, fun and attentive, he also put us in contact with Wendy, who helped with the tours during our stay (with really good advice!) super happy we stayed here and recommend to anyone!

The apartment overlooks a beautiful old square with restaurants, cafes & bars beneath. It is very quiet with windows shut so no problem with noise. The air conditioner is very effective & quiet, bed is very comfortable. The apartment is in an old building but has been renovated with quality. Although building does not have a lift, Bruno our host was very happy carrying our suitcases to 2nd floor

Outstanding location. Close to everything in Split. Rooms are well appointed and modern despite being in a 700 year old castle. I didn’t notice the street noise from the piazza when the windows were closed. The room rate is a bargain. Finally, Bruno is an extremely responsive and reliable host. When we needed him, he was instantly available. Bruno’s drinking and dining recommendations were all hits. Can’t wait to stay there again.

Bruno, the host, was wonderful! He met me outside the pedestrian only area, walked me to the apartment, brought my suitcase up and also met me when I left to bring my suitcase down and accompanied me to the port to help me with my suitcase. The location is great, and a nice view of the square. Extremely clean, I would definitely rebook there.

Fabulous location in the centre of the Old Town views overlooking the main square. Spacious, comfortable and well laid out room with classic neutral decor, particularly loved the stone walls and shuttered windows. We were met near the property by Bruno who showed us in and then later forwarded his recommendations for local places visit and eat. He was an excellent communicator and very responsive. Very good value.

Bruno, the host, was excellent—communication via WhatsApp was smooth and fast, and he was always one step ahead of us. He also gave fantastic recommendations for local restaurants and cafés, which really enhanced our stay. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the two types of pillows provided—such a thoughtful detail. The bathroom was also a standout: modern, very clean, and well designed and spacious. There is no daily room cleaning giving us privacy. The location was superb—right in middle of the old town, just above the main square. During our visit, there were live concerts in the square, and our room gave us front-row views. Despite being in a lively area, the windows blocked out most of the street noise quite well.

The room was lovely and decorated to a very high standard, with beautiful exposed brick and a view of the main square in the old town ‘People’s Square’. The location. Couldn’t have been better, very close to many lovely restaurants and bars, and a few minutes walk to the harbour. The room was very clean and well stocked with shower wash / shampoo etc etc. the bed was perfect, I struggle with a bad back if a bed isn’t firm enough, but slept very well. The room is has air conditioning and plenty of windows for fresh air. There is a small reception area with some lovely little touches like European plug adaptors (if you forget you own), umbrellas, and maps of the city to take should you want one. Our host Bruno was lovely and extremely communicative from the outset, providing some great restaurant recommendations. He was there to greet us and was available all the time if we had any questions, he would get back to us within minutes. I would wholeheartedly recommend this property for a stay in Split.

We visited Luxury Rooms Lucija and Luka on 24th April for 3 nights and we had the most amazing stay! The location was absolutely perfect right in the centre of the old town of Split and only a couple of minutes walk from the Bell Tower. Bruno was an amazing host, such a lovely and helpful person. It was our first time visiting Spilt and we will 100% be returning!
