We had a lovely stay, good facilities, well equipped kitchen, laundry facilities. Spacious bedroom with lots of storage. The two balconies were nice to sit out on, although you could hear some motorcycle noise. Great location by Marjan Park and a lovely walk to the Old town through the narrow streets and down to the waterfront. Would definitely stay here again.

Linda is a great host, very communicative, supportive and flexible. When we discovered on arrival that there was noisy construction going on at her place, she spoke to the neighbour and moved us to another place immediately. Both of the places were well-appointed, clean, comfortable and located not far from the centre. Linda went above and beyond every step of the way and we really appreciated it. Highly recommend any property she has listed on Airbnb.

We had a wonderful time staying at Linda’s apartment for 4 nights. The location was great for walking to the Old Town in Split to restaurants, just a short 10 minute walk. Also very walkable to Marjan Hill trails and the beach. The guitar was a fun addition as one of us plays guitar so a nice treat. The place was very clean and comfortable. Linda is a superb host, great communicator and very helpful with any questions we had! I would highly recommend staying here if your travels take you to Split.

My dad and I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Split! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The location couldn’t be better—just steps from restaurants, parks, and an easy walk to the beach every day. The apartment itself was spotless, very comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed: a coffee maker, full kitchen, laundry machine, and even two balconies to enjoy the fresh air. It was also well stocked, which made it feel like a home away from home. We especially appreciated how clean and welcoming everything was, Linda was a fantastic host. We loved our time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommended!

L'appartement de Linda est très bien situé, tout près du parc marjan, non loin du centre historique et des plages. le quartier est très calme et l'appartement est confortable notamment la literie. Linda est une super hôte, très attentive. La ville de Split est magnifique et un bon point de départ pour de nombreuses excursions ( uber ou bus à proximité). C'est une très belle destination. Merci à Linda pour son accueil chaleureux malgré notre arrivée tardive.

Linda’s place was comfortable and homey. It had 2 BR and one full bath. Plus a nice patio off one of the bedrooms. We never had issues with the Wi-Fi. It’s a 10 -15 min walk to Split old town area. Be aware that the apartment is on a hill, great for getting into old town but it’s all uphill going back lol. This isn’t unique to Linda’s apartment, the whole area is just very hilly. Makes for nice views from the kitchen patio😁 A cab can bring you to the front door of the apartment from the airport, we paid 50 euros. Linda offers transportation too, so it’s wise weigh your options ahead of time. Linda was very easy to communicate with and offers transfers if you would like to visit sights or parks near Split. We did this instead of taking a bus tour. Totally recommend. Overall, nice and quiet area close to old town and great hiking.

My wife and I rented the place for a month in September, and it was a perfect home base for a long stay. We liked the location in a quiet residential neighborhood about 1/2 mile from the old town/palace area ( 10-15 minutes for us as an older, fairly fit couple). It is a modest uphill walk to the apartment, but we got used to it, and Uber is always an easy option if your legs want a break. A big plus for us was the view of the bay and mountains from the small balcony off the kitchen/living room. The kitchen is well equipped, and within a 5 minute walk we found a small Konzum grocery store with an outdoor fruits and vegetable market next door. And finally, Linda is a helpful host easily available through your mobile device to answer any questions about the house or the area or things to do.

Linda is a terrific host. The view out of the patio is wonderful. I loved the vaulted ceiling. She has a washing machine, no dryer. Wished dry line was there. Plenty of room for a family as the second bedroom had a double sized bed and there was a folding bed available. In a pinch another person could sleep on sofa, but I don't think it's a pull out. The location is close to a nice park by beaches with swimming areas. It was about a ten minute walk to the palace historical area. We liked the separation as not being in the hub of the busy area. In August it's really hot. If we came back to visit we'd come by early July at the latest. Polished stones in historical area can be dangerous. Split is an amazing city with gorgeous people but most importantly very nice friendly people. We visited Mostar, worth overnight stay as the cool cave bar didn't open till 7pm neither did the Medeival restaurant which looked really fun with ancient weapons & authentic decor. Viator Rafting trip great!

The flat was as described, with stunning views, in a convenient location, 10-15 minutes walk from the old town and local amenities, and 10-15 minutes to Marjan Park viewpoint. Linda was responsive and helpful . She arranged transport to and from the airport and provided useful tips about things to do.

Lindas leilighet kan anbefales på det varmeste. Den ligger i et rolig område like inntil Marjan og i gangavstand til gamlebyen. Ren, pen og godt utstyrt. I tillegg er det to gode balkonger, en på hver side av leiligheten. Gode senger er det også. Perfekt leilighet for en familie på fem personer. Linda er vennlig og imøtekommende, og hun fikset transport med hyggelig sjåfør både fra flyplassen ved ankomst og til fergepiren ved avreise. Vi klarte oss fint uten bil under oppholdet.

Absolutely stunning views, sparkling clean and very well stocked. We stayed 4 weeks, perfect long term space. Easily walkable to Marjan forest, old town, restaurants and grocery stores. Linda and her husband were truly super hosts and we really appreciated the transportation from the airport (including stop at cafe!). Highly recommend!!

Ideale ruhige Lage sowohl um in 10-15 min. in die Innenstadt zu kommen oder zu dem schönen Marjan Park. Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht, traumhaft der Blick vom zweiten kleineren Balkon. Recht mückenfrei. Linda war der perfekte Host. Sie hat abends trotz Fliegerverpätung auf uns gewartet und war auch sonst erreichbar. Schlüsselabgabe unproblematisch mit Schlüsselkasten. Alles sehr sauber. In 10 min. war Bus 8 erreichbar.

The apartment is spacious, clean, fully-equipped and the AC works very well! The apartment also has a great location in a very nice and quiet neighborhood at walking distance from the city! The nearest beach is a 30 minutes walk, and by car it takes 5-10 minutes. There is a possibility to park your car on the street but occasionally you have to park further away from the apartment (max 10 minutes walk). The apartment is spacious enough for five people! The host is also very responsive and open to help you with everything! Overall, highly recommended!

Me and 4 other friends chose to stay at Linda’s apartment and it was definitely the best choice made for the entire holiday. It was close to the centre, a beautiful place with lovely balcony views and just comfortable enough to consider it home. Me and all my friends loved it and would definitely recommend staying here as it’s served us with the best memories. Additionally, Linda is one the most caring, kindest and most attentive host you could ever have there was never a problem that she couldn’t solve easily and quickly.

This place was fantastic, when we arrived we instantly noticed how clean it was! Prior to arriving Linda (the host) asked if we would like the sofa bed made for us which was a lovely touch. She replied to me so quickly every time and was always so helpful and kind. The place has a fantastic location so close to town (5-10min walk). I personally couldn’t fault it. Would highly recommend first Split as a place to visit but secondly this apartment.

I stayed with my husband and parents and we loved staying at Linda's place. it was cozy and had everything we needed to hang out, sleep in peace and cook meals. the park right next to the apartment was great to get some exercise every morning. old town was a 15 minute walk away. we would stay again.
