The ground floor includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living areas, plus a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a private bathroom; it can function as a separate apartment connected by an internal staircase. The first floor offers kitchens, a living and dining area, a fireplace vestibule, a study/library, and a relaxation area with sauna and a toilet. The second floor has 4 bedrooms, including a master suite with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, plus additional bedrooms with terraces overlooking the sea. Outside, enjoy a Mediterranean-style garden and outdoor sitting furniture, including a barbecue area. An outdoor heated pool (12 m x 6 m) with jacuzzi is available, and the villa is fully air-conditioned with internet access; LCD satellite TVs and two fully equipped kitchens are included. Sea is 10 m away and Split city center is about 1 km. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out by 10:00; a €1000 security deposit is required on arrival.

Luxury Villa Castello Split was built a hundred years ago and witnessed many important historical events. The villa was rebuilt in 2004 with detailed monitoring by the Croatian Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments because of its historical value. Despite the fact that this stone beauty is located in the city center, it offers complete privacy for its guests. The villa is an ideal choice for those who want to spend their holiday relaxing in luxurious private surroundings close to the city center, as well as for those who want to enjoy themselves in the company of their friends in this spacious and magnificent edifice.

On the ground floor of Villa Castello Split, there are: a modern and fully equipped kitchen with a bar and chairs, an area for dining with designer chairs and table and a living area with a large leather sofa, a modern designer table and LCD satellite TV. In this part of the villa, there is also a spacious bedroom with a queen size bed and a modern bathroom with a shower. This floor can function as a separate apartment of the villa and is connected by an internal staircase with the upper floor.

On the first floor, which is an area for relaxation, there is the main kitchen equipped with top quality contents, which will allow you to enjoy preparing various delights.

On the first floor, you will find the vestibule with a fireplace, a spacious living room with many paintings, leather sofas, a designer coffee table and LCD satellite TV. The living room is connected to a spacious dining room, which is equipped with top quality wooden furniture and a large table with chairs. From the dining room through the front door is the main terrace area, where you will find outdoor sitting furniture for relaxing and enjoying the spectacular view.

Study room / library is also located on the first floor. This room will allow you to enjoy the tranquility of this unique villa while curling up with a good book.

A special part of this floor is devoted to the area for relaxation, so that you can enjoy the sauna. In this section, there is also a toilet.

The second floor of this villa is designed for rest and relaxation. On this floor, there are 4 bedrooms, one of which is a master bedroom furnished and decorated to the finest detail. It has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom, equipped with sinks for him and her, designer bath and modern shower. The room has a terrace overlooking the sea.

The second bedroom has a double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower as well as a terrace overlooking the sea. The other two bedrooms include double beds and share a common bathroom. These rooms have a balcony and winter garden.

Special attention of the Luxury Villa Castello Split has been given to its lavish exterior, with a spacious Mediterranean style garden which extends over 1000 m², terraces and outdoor sitting furniture, two large palm trees and lots of Mediterranean plants which make this area ideal for daily gatherings, preparing grill dishes, cocktails, formal dinners or informal lunches.

In the outdoor area, there is a large heated pool measuring 12 m x 6 m with a jacuzzi. Here, you will find plenty of lounge chairs for relaxation in this part of the Mediterranean oasis, away from crowds and everyday stresses.

Luxury Villa Castello Split is fully air-conditioned. Equipped with LCD satellite TVs, CD and DVD players, stereo, and Internet access. The villa has two fully equipped kitchens with stove (ceramic plates), dishwasher, refrigerator, range hood, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, food processor, electric kettle and teapot. The villa also has a washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, garden furniture, sofas, chairs, heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna, outdoor terrace, winter garden, and barbecue. The villa also has a parking space.
