The courtyard of the villa is an ideal place for group activities and maximum fun. There is a large size swimming pool 5m*20m, outdoor seating, and a large beautiful garden with outdoor seating. The courtyard of the villa will give you a unique atmosphere. Situated between the cult hill of Marjan and the magical Adriatic Sea, the villa's garden offers a breath of island atmosphere in the embrace of Dalmatian nature.

From the courtyard you can acess, through multiple doors, the ground floor of the villa. There are two beautiful living rooms, elegantly decorated. The finest flooring combined with quality leather furniture gives you a relaxing ambience. From the living area you come to the kitchen. Decorated in modern and crisp lines, this gorgeous kitchen will be your ideal helper in making that perfect meal. Through the kitchen area you come to a dining room that can seat 8 people.

The first floor can be accessed with the help of the stairs from the ground floor. There are 3 bedrooms, each with a king size bed, en suite bathroom with shower / tub, and LCD TV. All rooms are uniquely decorated with a touch of elegance and charm. Lacquered parquet floors, pleasing colors and a look that will leave everyone breathless are just some of the features of why you'll be happy to fall asleep and even happier to wake up.

Continuing on the stairs you reach the second floor. There is a king size room and an en suite bathroom with shower / tub. Also this floor has a separate living room with a large LCD TV and an even larger sofa. The second floor of the villa with its balconies gives a view of all 4 sides of this beautiful residence.

In the basement there is a fully equipped gym with its own bathroom with shower.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with wireless internet. The villa also has a SMART LCD TV in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, hood, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave and an ice maker. The villa also has a washing machine, iron and gym and a garage for its guests.
