Set in Splitska on the island of Brac, this villa combines a main left wing and a separate ground-floor apartment. The main part spans two floors and includes 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms plus a guest toilet, while the right-wing apartment has a private entrance and features a kitchen and dining area, 1 bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. Enjoy a 32 m² heated swimming pool, outdoor dining with a grill, and an air-conditioned interior with in-floor heating and Wi‑Fi. Sea is 100 m away, the beach 200 m, and the town center 250 m. Check-in is 16:00 and check-out is 10:00. A damage deposit of €800 is payable on arrival and returned on departure.

Villa Perfecta Brac is surrounded by beautiful, handcrafted stone walls, making it ideal for intimate family vacations. When entering this luxurious villa at the main south terrace, you will find a heated swimming pool, a sunbathing area with sun loungers, an outdoor hot water shower, and a spacious outdoor dining room with a stone marble table and an outdoor grill. An amazing view of the sea and the bay provokes a sense of peace and creates an atmosphere of paradise on Earth.

Entering the ground floor of the main part of Villa Perfecta Brac, you will encounter a spacious, open area consisting of a fully equipped kitchen with an island, a dining table and a tastefully and stylishly designed living room that will give you the deserving rest after a full day of enjoyment on one of the most beautiful islands of Dalmatia. The living room/dining area is connected by two doors which open to the outdoor terrace with a pool that reveals all the beauty of this property. On the ground floor, you will also find a guest toilet.

The internal stairs connect the ground floor and the first floor of the villa. On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and an open area with exercise equipment. All rooms are south-facing and have a spectacular sea view.

The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a private en suite bathroom with a bathtub. A special feature of the master bedroom is a spacious south terrace with a Jacuzzi and outdoor furniture ideal for total relaxation.

The other bedroom is also stylishly decorated, with a double bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower and private terrace. The third bedroom is equipped with two twin beds and an en suite bathroom with a shower.

On the right side of the building, on the ground floor, there is an equally comfortable separate apartment with a kitchen and dining area, bedroom and bathroom with a shower. This apartment has a separate entrance and can be used by the guests themselves or used by their guest / nanny.

Luxury Villa Perfecta Brac is fully air-conditioned and has in-floor heating. It is also equipped with LCD satellite TVs, wireless Internet access, exercise equipment, washing machine, outdoor grill, outdoor dining area, deck chairs and an outdoor hot water shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, hood, refrigerator with freezer, microwave oven, toaster, and espresso and filter coffee makers. The villa also has a private parking lot.

Distance from the sea is 100 m, and from the center of Splitska is 250 m.
