In front of the house there is a terrace with an outdoor dining area with pool view and BBQ facility. The pool has 20 square meters and is equipped with sunlounges and a parasol.

The owner produces an award winning olive oil and together with the special stone built into this house tells a story of tradition and Dalmatian heritage.
