The villa spreads over two floors, and on its living area of 90 m2, it can accommodate up to 6 guests. On the first floor of the villa, there are two bedrooms that are equipped with a comfortable double bed, and air conditioning and have access to an en suite bathroom, which provides guests maximum privacy. Both bathrooms are equipped with a sink, toilet, and shower and contain all the necessities for a carefree vacation. There is also a small balcony on the first floor where guests can enjoy the morning sun. On the ground floor of the villa, guests will find a living room where two more people can sleep on the sofa bed. Next to the the living room, there is a dining room and a wooden kitchen, which is equipped with all the necessary appliances and dishes for preparing delicious meals. Also, there is a guest toilet on the ground floor of the villa.

From the living room and dining room you can access the covered terrace of Villa Maestral, where guests can enjoy their meals in the shade or enjoy the company of their friends and family. Next to the terrace, there are even two grills, one of which is a gas grill and the other a charcoal grill, so guests can choose which grill they will use to prepare their favorite summer meals. In the 500 m2 outdoor area, there is a 30 m2 swimming pool where guests can cool off during hot summer days. After swimming in the pool, you can relax on one of the comfortable lounge chairs by the pool.
