With access to the pool deck the ground floor yields a reception room, fully equipped contemporary kitchen with a dining room, and a rustic living room with a stone fireplace. The upper floors keep five bedrooms, two of which are ensuite, and a large family bathroom. The spacious outdoor terrace leads to a 24 m² pool with sun loungers, outdoor covered lounge area and a BBQ with an alfresco dining table. Here you can enjoy sunsets, watch the ferries pass by or simply enjoy the exclusive relaxation Villa Dubrovnik provides.

The villa is approached along a track road which comes directly off the main road and leads down to the villa.

Protected by UNESCO the charming Old Town is enveloped in 10^th century city walls, 2 kilometers in length, in some parts 6 meters tall. It is a must stroll! Stradun, or Dubrovnik’s placa, is a picturesque street lined with cafés and restaurants and makes for a perfect viewpoint to admire the architecture and watch the world go by.
