There are three annex bedrooms around the main house and garden. Outdoors you’ll find a large swimming pool (8 m x 4 m) with outdoor seating; pool heating is available for an extra 20 €/day. The villa is fully air-conditioned and includes satellite TV, DVD player, and Wi‑Fi, with appliances such as oven, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Check-in is at 16:00 and check-out is at 10:00; a 300 € security deposit is payable on arrival.

The ground floor of the main residence consists of a fully equipped modern kitchen, beautifully decorated dining area, nicely furnished living room and modern bathroom. The ground floor of the residence is connected with a spiral staircase to the first floor of the house.
On the first floor, there is a spacious master bedroom and beautiful terrace, equipped with chairs for relaxing and taking in the view of the property, the pool and endless sea.
Annex House - Sea Side Dream 1 - is located on the left side of the main residence and it consists of a luxuriously decorated bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. Along the whole length of the outer wall of this room, the sliding glass doors open and lead onto the terrace where the pool is located.
Annex House - Sea Side Dream 2 - is situated on the right side of the main residence and it has a modern bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. As this house overlooks the sea, it offers a magnificent view of the sea and islands in the distance.
Annex House - Sea Side Dream 3 - is situated on the right side of the main residence and it has a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom.
Annex House - Sea Side Dream 4 - is situated on enterence of the main garden and it has a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom.
