Villa Rustica is a traditional stone holiday villa located in the center of the picturesque town Sumartin on island Brač, in the first row from the sea and just 290 m from the nearest beach. This unique position allows the guests to be in vicinity of everything needed during their stay while still enjoying the breathtaking views of the sea and the town spreading in front of the villa.

Nearest restaurants (120 m), cafes (200 m), grocery store (80 m), ATM (100 m) and marina (130 m) are within walking distance, while the charming town promenade perfect for taking an evening stroll is just a few steps away. All main attractions on the island, such as the famous pebble beach Golden Horn in Bol, can be easily reached by car within an hour, which makes this charming villa a great base for day trips.

Villa Rustica covers 100 m2 of living area divided on ground, first and second floor levels. The exterior, made of traditional stone combined with green shutters, creates the perfect ambience and charm of staying in an authentic Dalmatian house. Villa Rustica has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 8 persons.

Ground floor consists of an elegantly furnished open concept living room with access to the covered terrace and pool area, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom with bathtub.

First floor is designed as a resting area with 2 air conditioned bedrooms, one with a queen size double bed (160 x 190 cm) and one with 2 single beds (80 x 190 cm), as well as 1 half-bath.

Second floor is a high attic consisting of a spacious air conditioned master bedroom with queen size double bed (160 x 200 cm), sofa bed for 2 persons (160 x 180 cm) and en suite bathroom with shower.

The outdoor area consists of a beautiful cascade Mediterranean garden with greenery and olive trees. Guests can find refreshment by swimming in the outdoor pool (24 m2) surrounded by sun loungers or enjoy dining al fresco on the covered terrace equipped with an outdoor table and chairs while admiring the view of the town and the sea. Those who enjoy barbecue also have an outdoor grill on their disposal.

Villa Rustica is fully air conditioned and equipped with SAT-TV, wi-fi internet, iron and ironing board, electric stove, oven, hood, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine and hair dryer. Baby cot and high chair are available on request. Beach towels and a complimentary welcome package (including basic groceries such as butter, jam, cheese, toast bread, ham, milk, juice, and a selection of fresh fruit) are included as part of the standard offer.The property offers 1 parking place free of charge.
