Un logement coup de cœur pendant notre séjour de trois semaines en Croatie. Nous séjournons dans ce type de formule lors de nos voyages et cet appartement est parmi les plus spacieux. Une décoration de bon goût, très propre et très bien équipés sur toute la ligne, nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. Une très belle vue sur Dubrovnik et un emplacement à l’écart de la foule. Des hôtes très accommodants et très réactifs. Nous recommandons fortement.

This property went above and beyond our expectations as we only paid 538 euro for 3 nights stay in the middle of July and received a 5 star service. Luke our host met us on arrival and walked us through anything and everything about the apartment as well as giving us loads of advice and internet links on things to do and places to go. Anything we needed we just sent Luke a quick message and he was ready to help. The studio is stocked with snacks, coffee, tea, toilet paper, cleaning products, washing machine, clothes hanger and dishwasher. The water from the tap is drinkable which stopped us buying loads of plastic bottles during our stay. The bed was very comfortable and there were extra blankets and pillows. There were beach towels left for us as well as a lot of fluffy towels for showering etc. basically the studio has absolutely everything we needed. The photos of the studio show what looks like two balcony areas so one is a inside and one is outside and covered with a shady stone area attached - both are very private. Would recommend to any couple on a romantic stay in Dubrovnik.

Property is very clean & newly renovated. It has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. It has wonderful views. Communication between owner/booking agent was excellent. Responded to messages very promptly. Luka met us at property & showed us everything & was extremely helpful. We had late flight & owner allowed us to keep luggage/ stay at property all day which was beyond kind as there was no booking due that day. We would not hesitate to stay at property again! 10/10!

Nuevo, limpio y ordenado. Dejaron algún detalle de bienvenida y el anfitrión Maro vino a mostrarnos el apartamento y nos dio consejos de ocio alrededor. Se preocupó que todo saliera bien. A 20-30 min de la old city pero bien comunicado por bus cercano. Aire acondicionado lavadora horno y vitrocerámica. Baño amplio.

The facility is located in the middle of 2 beautiful beaches. So you can use both beaches. We stayed within walking distance of the Old Town. You don’t have to climb too many stairs to reach the house. The owner’s communication was also extremely fast, nice and clear. Everything you might need at home has been considered. He also arranged a transfer for us to the airport (it was cheaper than going by taxi) Everything was great :)

Everything is really nice in this apartment. Very clean, well equipped apartment, amazing customer service, close to shops and old town. A very quiet and safe place, to be honest the whole city is amazing. Nice touch of left drinks and sweets in apartment too. Highly recommended.

Tout était parfait, l'appartement est très propre, moderne, et bien équipé. De petites attentions très appréciées, Maro nous a très bien accueilli et conseillé, Situé à 15/20 min à pieds de la vieille ville, cela fait une promenade très agréable, (un peu plus difficile pour remonter mais il y a aussi des uber à prix très accessibles.) La rue est calme, c'est un lieu très reposant. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir !

Walk to Old Town was ~15 min Not a lot of steps to manage (was expecting more but this was okay!) Homely, cosy studio apartment with all the amenities to keep us comfortable, especially when we could not do much due to rainy weather Thanks for the free snacks and drinks as well. Host was extremely nice and sat us down to provide some recommendations on what to do in Dubrovnik!

The apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable, quiet and well equipped. We had a brilliant welcome from Maro who explained everything about the apartment and gave us suggestions on things to do, where to eat etc. You rarely get that with an apartment. There’s a shop literally next door and it’s a few minutes to the beach - St Jakob is stunning but be prepared for a lot of steps.

Stvari za plazu uopste nije potrebno nositi od kuce, sve smo dobili i bilo ih je i vise nego sto je potrebno. Peskiri za plazu, suncobran, posudje, vrece za smece, sredstva za licnu higijenu, sredstva za higijenu stana. Docekalo nas je vino i grickalice kojih je bilo dovoljno za cijeli nas boravak.
