Villa Nika Apartment 2 is a comfortable studio apartment in the coastal village of Ika, only a short walk (400 m) from the sea and 5 km from Opatija. The apartment is one of three independent units in Villa Nika, each with its own private entrance.

The studio accommodates up to two guests and offers a functional open-plan space with an extendable bed, air conditioning, and a TV. The kitchenette is equipped with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, and a dining table, suitable for preparing simple meals. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, sink, and a washing machine.

A private terrace with an outdoor table provides a pleasant space to relax outdoors. Guests also have access to a shared charcoal barbecue and a shared laundry room with a washer, dryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board, and a vacuum cleaner.

Medveja Beach (4.1 km) is a longer, spacious beach surrounded by greenery, popular for its natural setting and crystal-clear sea.

The well-known Lungomare coastal promenade is close by and ideal for scenic walks along the sea. Opatija is just a short drive away and offers parks and seaside cafés, while Učka Nature Park (16.7 km) is a good option for hiking and enjoying nature.
