The place is a stones throw from the main square, it's a perfect place for a couple who enjoy nightlife as well as learning about the culture of the area as you are surrounded by it. Sonja was helpful when booking and the Co-Host Bruno was fantastic with giving us plenty of ideas of what to do, pieces of information about the area and any help we needed he was there to support us straight away. Couldn't recommend more!

Absolutely great stay in the heart of Split. Host was responsive throughout and friendly too helping me carry my suitcase to the room. The apartment looks exactly like the photos and the bed is firm and comfortable. Literally everything on your doorstep as it's right in heart of it all. I could get anywhere within 15 mins walk. We loved the location of the Airbnb! Everything is right there for you. Me and my partner had some activities schedule and we were so lucky that all the meet up points were maximum a five minute walk from the apartment. It might be a little loud at nights because the area is surrounded by restaurants but we didn’t care for it

Superbly located - less than 1 minute from main square of old town. Immaculate and whilst quite compact it had everything we required with quality decor and kitchen equipment. It is on third floor with quite a tight/steep staircase. Host Bruno was very helpful - met us on arrival and carried our case to the top floor - and gave us useful suggestions re restaurants etc. Advise wandering away from the centre as some very nice restaurants just 10 min walk away. We really liked 'Fife' restaurant for seafood and it was reasonably priced. Highly recommend a trip to Krka waterfalls and also Klis castle if considering day trips out of the town.

Great location within the old city of Split, close to everything but still quiet and private. Bruno led us to the door and gave us great recommendations for things to do and restaurants that were all wonderful. There are 3 flights of stairs, so keep that in mind. Small but perfectly formed and great central location in the old town. Bruno was a great host. The town is busy even in early May but the double glazing cuts out all the noise. There are three flights of stairs to the apartment and having sustained a knee injury just before the holiday I was nervous but there are landings where you can pause on your way up. Thankfully, Bruno carried both our heavy suitcases nimbly up (and down) the three flights! Most enjoyable stay. Thank you.

Fabulous few days in Split. Would highly recommend this apartment, it’s in the middle of the Old Town with all attractions within walking distance. Host was great, from finding us wondering round (a little lost in the street) to help us check in, to recommending restaurants, somewhere to watch the football and a pick up spot for an Uber ride back to the airport. Nothing was too much, felt like we had a local friend whilst in Split. We hope to return to Split and will 100% book to stay here again.

Wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft sehr nett empfangen und uns wurde die Wohnung gezeigt. Bruno hat uns direkt einige Tipps für Unternehmungen und Restaurants hinterlassen. Die Wohnung hat sich von außen sehr gut in das Altstadtbild von Split eingepasst und war von innen modern und schön. Ich würde die Unterkunft für jeden empfehlen, denn es sind sowohl Kulinarik und Kultur als auch Nachtklubs und Bars sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Zu den nahegelegenen Stränden gelangt man ebenfalls schnell. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden.

Small but perfect studio, perfect for couples. We stayed comfortably for 5 nights and could’ve stayed longer. We were able to drop our bags off, and they were kept safe for late checking out. An absolutely amazing location to stay in Split, close to the main square, the harbour and everything you needed near by! The sound proof windows were wonderful as the square was quite noisy. The apartment had a lovely interior and modern look while keeping the historic look within. A big thing that was missing was a wardrobe…there was only a couple of hangers to store clothes. Unfortunately there was a lack of cooking utensils present, only a metal ladle…. By the end we had a pile of rubbish from cooking etc, with no where to put it due to there being only two small toiletry bins. There was also a lack of items that were listed on Airbnb. For example, cooking supplies, no oil. Co2/smoke detectors or amenities like shampoo and conditioner. Overall we enjoyed the stay, these things can be fixed easily so don’t be put off!

Would 100% recommend. You can't ask for a better location as it is in the lane just behind the main square. The host, bruno was super helpful and responsive. since the apartment is on the 3rd floor, he helped us carry our super heavy luggage upstairs. Bruno, the host was very proactive in assisting check in by advising the drop off location for the Uber ride, meeting me at the drop off location and walking with me to the residence for check in. The location is inside the old city and all sights there are within a ten minute walk. Would definitely recommend this location for a stay.

Bruno was an exceptional host, who greeted us at the door upon checkin, gave us a list of local recommendations, helped us bring our luggage up the multiple flights of stairs and provided a beautiful place to stay right in the heart of Diocletians Palace. Loved it . It’s great that it’s so quiet with the sound proof windows because it can get loud in the old town . Overall attention to detail outstanding however a few items could be better . No extra towels (only 2 bath and 2 small towels) and we could have used hand towels and 1 extra large . No hooks for towels either (per peeve). Lastly they used a fragrance in AC unit that got into our food and drink . It wasn’t horrible but we couldn’t leave any rhus out. However the place is fantastic

I cannot recommend this place highly enough. The apartment is beautiful and full of character! It is also spotlessly clean, well equipped and in a PERFECT location. Bruno was a very responsive and super helpful host who went out of his way to help us with every aspect of our trip...from airport transfers, restaurant & bar recommendations, advice on how to catch the ferry to Hvar and so much more! I would have no hesitation recommending Bruno's place to my family and friends.

It’s extremely central and right in the middle of the hustle and bustle (but with the windows shut you can’t hear anything). We didn’t need anything while we were there but if we had then I’m sure Bruno would have been responsive. We would definitely stay again, thank you!

Bruno was an excellent host! Our stay in split was amazing. The apartment was in a fantastic location in the middle of the town centre. There were quite a few steps to go up to get to the apartment which I can imagine with heady luggage would be an issue but we only had small suitcases. The apartment was beautiful. The bathroom was love and the bed was very comfortable. We decided to cook dinner at the apartment for one of our nights however there went that many cooking utensils however this was not an issue as we only ate in for 1 night. There was spare adapter plugs, suncream from previous guests and shampoos which was fantastic. We had some really good local recommendations from Bruno as well so visited some excellent restaurants. Thanks for a wonderful stay, would definitely recommend and come back.

Look no further if you want something clean, Chic, in the middle of everything, walkable, and In the middle of an ancient palace!!!! When will you ever get to sleep within ancient Roman walls?! Truly the room is clean, comfortable and it’s area is just out right unique. Things to know: It’s small but enough for 1-2 people It’s on the top (3rd floor). There is a spiral staircase but it’s very sturdy, no elevator so just be aware. I travel light but Bruno was most kind and took up my carry on Bruno is very attentive and will even arrange for airport pick up and he will meet you and guide you up. Take a picture of the door and immediate area, the palace has so many small alleys, “streets” and turns. There is a small bar underneath the apartment and at night it is lively but the thick brick walls and thick windows will help immensely, just make sure the shutters and windows are completely closed and it will be perfect! There is plenty to eat and see right out your door! A must stay!
