Lovely apartment in the pedestrian old town. Apartment had everything I needed, it had updated amenities with a nice shower. Walkable to everything and in a quieter part of the town. Outside the palace walls and up 3 flights of stairs.

Wir können uns den positiven Bewertungen nur anschließen. Bruno hat uns empfangen, war freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit, er hat sogar unser Gepäck hoch getragen. Die Wohnung war wie auf den Bildern zu sehen und war sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Die Art wie er davon erzählt hat, wie er sie renoviert hat, war toll. Wir fühlten uns wie Zuhause und kamen immer gerne zurück in die Wohnung. Es ist mitten in der Altstadt, aber nach hinten raus und somit sehr leise. Es gab dichte Fenster und Fensterläden die das Licht abhielten. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte super. Es gibt zwei kleine Supermärkte, eine Eisdiele und die besten Cevapcici direkt nebenan, was will man mehr. Das Wasser bzw. die Promenade ist 4 min zu Fuß entfernt. Man war am Rande der Altstadt und hatte auch genug Möglichkeiten ein Auto kostenlos zu parken. Jederzeit wieder, vielen Dank!

The location is perfect: in the very center but quiet at night. The flat itself is very recent and everything works as expected inside. I definitely recommend for a stay in Split.
Leiligheten var fint pusset opp. Samtidig var den gamle atmosfæren bevart med de gamle steinveggene. Sentral beliggenhet med masse koselige kafé i nærheten. Leiligheten lå mot bakgården og derfor rolig på kvelden. Vakker utsikt mot bakgården og deler av småhus og hager. Vennlig vert som personlig tok i mot oss og hjalp til med å bære bagasjen. Han kom også med mange gode tips for både restauranter og steder vi burde oppleve.
My husband and I stayed here for a few days in our honeymoon and it was absolutely perfect. The spot was just the right size for us two, and was in the best location we could have asked for. Everything was walkable, and so many great restaurants around. Bruno was an incredible host, so kind, and gave us so many recommendations. We truly could not recommend this place more. So worth it

great quiet location. easy checkin and very gracious host. parking close by and right in the palace for all that good food and gelato.
Good sized studio in brilliant location just a few minutes walk from Diocletians palace and the sea front. The street it's on is pedestrianised, and the studio is on the third floor at the back. You can hear a little of the hubbub wafting up from people queuing at the great fast food joints nearby but it's dead quiet by midnight. In the morning coffee bars were in abundance. The flat is very well furnished with much of high quality. All the windows have mosquito nets, the air-conditioning was very quiet, the shower was excellent and the bed big was comfortable with good quality linen. The kitchenette was fine for simple stuff and there was a good supply of cooking condiments like olive oil. The TV was large and worked well. We parked for an hour in a parking bay at the bottom of the street to unload. About 100m away. We then parked for free about 10 minutes walk away. Easy. You really couldn't expect more especially for such a modest cost. Highly recommended!
Alles hat wunderbar gepasst. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung befindet sich im obersten Stockwerk und war erstaunlich ruhig, wenn man bedenkt, wie zentral sie liegt. In der Nähe gibt es alles, was man braucht und ist binnen kürzester Zeit zu erreichen. Bis zur Fähre sind es ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß, falls man die wunderschönen Inseln besuchen möchte.

Warm welcome, clean and cosy apartment super well located (everything 2min away!), great recommendations and even a little kitchen - super handy when you are staying for a week and don't want to spend too much eating out all the time. All super easily accessible from the airport with the bus 37 taking you only 10min from the flat. A big thank you again and highly recommended!! Marine & Jonathan
This place was fantastic! The location was perfect and easy to walk to anything in town, the bed was comfortable and the apartment was very clean and spacious. The host met us nearby to help us get into the apartment and everything was smooth from there on out! Highly recommend.

Great support and recommendations from the host re. places to eat & things to do in the Old Town. Great location - everything is in easy walking distance: restaurants, cafes, fresh food market, ocean, beaches, and Marjan Park. Not a ground floor unit - which provided greater privacy & made it easy to block out the busy sounds of the Old Town if/when needed.

The apartment is beautiful and in an amazing location right in the Old Town. Everything is a walkable distance away. Right in the hustle and bustle but you don’t hear any noise from the apartment which is great! Marko was an amazing host- he gave us local recommendations, make accommodations for us with regards to checking in earlier/ checking out later. He even cycled my toothbrush over when i left it after checking out. Amazing place and great host. Would highly highly recommend!!
The apartment was fully equipped. A/C working without any problem. The bed very comfortable. No noise whatsoever, even though the apartment is placed in a very centric location. Contacts, lights, kitchen amenities all working, tv with Netflix and other platforms. The only thing is the third floor walking up the stairs (if someone has a problem with that), but ALL the old buildings in the center are the same, so I don’t think that’s problem to be avoided. The host is very helpful and gave us some good recommendations for restaurants and trips around. I wouldn’t change anything!

Bruno, Markos son was an excellent host. The apartment was clean, in a fabulous location but was the top story, so beware if you are unfit. It was also small and the seats were uncomfortable.

We loved our stay! This studio is in a great location, central yet far enough away from the crowded areas of Old Town. We could not hear street noise at night. The apartment was clean and updated. The air conditioning was much appreciated! The host was responsive and helpful, even with our late arrival time. I would recommending staying here and would definitely stay again in the future.

We loved our stay here. We were met by Bruno who checked us in and was so friendly and helpful despite us being about 25 mins than we had originally planned. He sent a long list of recommendations, some of which we tried and were super! The beds were comfy, air conditioning was amazing as it was so hot and the apartment is beautifully done too. Would recommend to others to stay here.

Wonderful location- walking distance to everywhere! A great space to retreat after a day in busy Split. The apartment was clean, quiet and comfortable. Host was super. Nothing too much trouble.
We were delighted with the apartment, it was elegant, cozy, and immaculate … and also ideally located right in the historic old town. The walk-in shower was a bonus!! And Marko was very kind and accommodating, carrying our bags up the stairs and giving us advice on local spots.
I stayed 3 nights in this Apartment. Looks like pictures . It’s very charming. The location was great right in the center. The host was very nice and gave me great recommendations.
Marko’s place is beautifully renovated, with a huge walk in shower and a very well laid out living space; extremely clean. The bed is very firm with nice linens. The kitchen is not very big or well stocked if you hope to make meals, but the location is very close to many good restaurants and Marko left some good recommendations!
The perfect host, from arranging the taxi to collect us from the airport and the return journey back. The whole experience from start to finish has been a refreshing delight.

Had an excellent stay. Fantastic location. Bruno was there to greet us and help carry a bag up the stairs. The Apartment is extremely clean. It is charming with a mix of old stone walls and beams, and a new bathroom/shower. Bruno recommended several local restaurants that were all outstanding. We really enjoyed the atmosphere, food and pizza at Bakamorra.
Flott leilighet som ligger perfekt til i gamlebyen! Marko møtte oss ved taxien for å finne fram til leiligheten. Han var veldig hjelpsom og vennlig. Leiligheten ligger i toppetasjen uten heis, så vær oppmerksom på det hvis trapper ikke er noe for deg! Leiligheten var svært ren og fin og lå veldig fint til i gamlebyen med nærhet til alt. Lite støy fra gaten. Vi fikk mange gode anbefalinger om steder å spise og besøke. Sluket i dusjen tettet seg en gang, men det ble fikset raskt. Vi anbefaler leiligheten og Marko som vert på det varmeste og kommer gjerne igjen!
Fantastisk beliggenhet i gamlebyen i Split. Kort vei til det meste. Egentlig alt du trenger når du er to. Meget rent og ryddig. Supert bad med romslig dusj. Veldig omfattende og gode anbefalinger fra verten om restauranter og strender. Kan anbefales

Highly recommend staying at Bruno’s place! Bruno’s place is located perfectly in the old town. The place is extremely quiet despite having the main section of Split just a few hundred metres away. Bruno’s place is perfectly equipped for any length of stay or reason to visit Split - worth noting the extensive range of bathroom products that have been left to use ie shaving cream (great for a man when you don’t want to pack heavy shaving cream) as well as sunscreen/shampoo etc. The apartment is perfect for a couple - kitchen is the right size to cook simple meals on the stove top. Location wise you’re spoilt with restaurants such as Sug & Portofino located within walking distance. The famous Gelateria Emiliana is super close as well. Bruno’s place helped make our time in Split even better. The bed was the comfiest we’ve experienced in Europe (coming from Australia). We’re already planning a trip to Croatia next year & hope to stay here again. Thanks Bruno!
Beautiful location and so easy to walk to the harbour/around the city. Room was stunning and clean. Bruno was very helpful with recommendations and even organised our transfers to and from the airport which was a big help.

Absolutely loved my stay here! The location couldn't have been better – right in the heart of the city, just a short stroll away from the marina and the historic center. El departamento es como figura en las fotos, la ubicación es perfecta cerca de estación de bus y puerto, a pocos metros de la plaza y palacio. La comunicación con Bruno tambien fue buena. El único problema podria ser la altura, hay que subir 4 pisos , si no tienes problemas fisicos el departamento es inmejorable.

We had a great time in Bruno’s Airbnb. The place was very clean and looked exactly as the photos. Bruno sent us a list of great recommendations straight away, and we could go to him with any questions. I would definitely recommend Kasjuni Beach, great for swimming and tanning :) had a great stay and would come back again !!
