This bright studio in Rovinj offers a functional 24 m² living space with a large 20 m² balcony. The interior is designed for comfort, featuring one double bed and a bathroom, making it well-suited for up to two guests. Bed linen and bath towels are provided for your stay. Guests can enjoy use of a shared BBQ area in the courtyard, as well as a private parking space on site. Suitable for couples or single travelers, with a baby cot available on request for families with a small child. Pets are not allowed. Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out by 10:00. Quiet hours are observed between 23:00 and 7:00. Parties and events are not permitted.

GOGA Studio with Balcony 2 is a 3  star Studio. It is located in 15 minutes walking distance from town centre and in 10 minutes walking distance from the nearest beach. Interior size is 24 m2 and balcony is 20 m2. It is located on floor: 1. Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the accommodation itself. All guests have the possibility to use a common BBQ in the courtyard of the house.

PARKING: Private parking space is available in the courtyard of the house.
