This studio provides a well-sized 35 m² space in the central pedestrian zone of Rovinj, suitable for up to 2 guests with a double bed and an optional baby cot. Bed linen and bath towels are included. Please note, vehicle access is not possible, and parking is available in paid public lots 5–10 minutes on foot from the studio. One child under 3 can stay free using the main bed, and a baby cot is available by request at no charge. One pet is allowed for an additional fee. Check-in from 14:00 to 22:00 and check-out by 10:00. Quiet hours run from 23:00 to 07:00, and parties are not permitted.

ORATORIO Studio Apartment is located in the strict city center of Rovinj (pedestrian area). The nearest beach is located in 6 minutes walking distance. Interior size is 35 m2. It is located on floor: 0. Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the accommodation itself. It is not possible to access the accommodation with a car because it is located in a pedestrian area.

PARKING: Private parking is not available. Public parking on payment can be reached in 5 to 10 minutes on foot.

BED DESCRIPTION: 1 double bed

CHILDREN: One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using main bed. Babycot is provided upon request and is free of charge.

PETS: One pet is allowed and extra charge is 5€ per night. The surcharge is paid upon arrival in cash. If you have more than 1 pet, send a request to check if it is possible to make an exception.
