This studio in Rovinj comfortably accommodates up to 3 guests, making it suitable for couples or small groups. The 35 m² interior includes a double bed and a foldable single bed available at an extra cost. Guests have access to a 5 m² terrace and can enjoy the shared swimming pool, available seasonally to guests of four units. Bed linen and bath towels are provided, and a shared BBQ area is available in the courtyard. One pet is allowed with a nightly surcharge. Private parking is provided in front of the property. Check-in is from 15:00 to 21:00, and check-out by 10:00. A damage deposit is required upon arrival.

VILLA ROSSELLA 1 Comfort Studio (Carlina) is a 3 star Studio. It is located in 15 minutes walking distance from town center and in 20 minutes walking distance from the nearest beach. Interior size is 35 m2 and terrace/balcony is 5 m2. It is located on floor: 2. Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the accommodation itself. Within the property, there is a shared seating area and a swimming pool that is available for all guests. The pool is filled with chlorine water. It is shared within 4 apartments and the maximum number of people that share the pool is twenty. The pool is not available for use from 1st October - 1st May.All guests have the possibility to use a common BBQ in the courtyard of the house.

PARKING: Private parking space is available in front of the house.

MAXIMUM GUESTS: 3 person

BED DESCRIPTION: 1 double bed + 1 extra bed (additional bed foldable single). If the extra bed is used, there is an additional cost (per person).

CHILDREN: One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using main bed. Babycot is provided upon request and is free of charge.

PETS: One pet is allowed and extra charge is 10€ per night. The surcharge is paid upon arrival in cash. If you have more than 1 pet, send a request to check if it is possible to make an exception.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT AMOUNT IS 100€ - Damage deposit is required upon arrival. At Check-out, if there will be no damage in the accommodation, the full amount will be returned.
