This compact studio in Rovinj’s old town is set up for up to 2 guests and comes with a kitchen (fridge, oven, and cooker), air conditioning, and cable TV. The bathroom does not have a separate shower; the shower is used within the whole bathroom space. You’ll have 1 bedroom, 1 bed, and 1 bathroom. The grocery shop is about 20 m away, the restaurant about 20 m, the café bar about 100 m, with the sea shore about 200 m and the beach about 290 m. The old town area has limited traffic, and the studio does not include parking; a reserved parking spot is available for a fee about a 18-minute walk away. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00.

Small but completely equipped Studio in the heart of the old town of Rovinj. If you want to pay a small price and still enjoy the center of Rovinj to the full our Studio is the best choice. Tiny but well equipped Studio wants to welcome you during your exploration time in Rovinj. Kitchen with fridge, oven and cooker, air conditioner, cable TV. Bathroom has no separate shower, but the whole bathroom is used as shower (similar as box showers on ships). It is quite small so do not be surprised :) We accept less than 7 days booking out of season and to fill the gaps in between bookings. Possible monthly rent from October to March for 350 euros/month. For monthly rates the untility costs are not included (water and electricity).
Please note, that the apartment does not include parking or garage space. However, we do offer reserved parking spot with payment abou 18 min walk away.
