Loved staying here for a long weekend in Split! Location was perfect to walk to the main town and was a 10 minute walk to the beach. The apartment also had a nice outside seating area. Linda was always responsive and gave clear guidance on how to find the apartment making check-in easy. Would stay again!

Linda was amazing, very helpful and always quick to respond to any queries. Located right near a sandy beach which was about 10/15 minutes walk from the apartment. The location is perfect, right near the ferry port, markets, restaurants and bars.

Diva 1 was so amazing. The best part was coming inside in the afternoon to the cool air blasting, keeping the place a refreshing sanctuary from the heat outdoors. The place is updated and aesthetically pleasing. Spotless clean. Linda was so helpful giving check-in instructions, pictures included. She was even accommodating to an early check-in. She was so graceful in activity recommendations and even booked a ride to the airport for us. That driver was so prompt for the early morning hour we needed and got us to the airport on time. Diva one was a perfect size for 2 of us with all the amenities to make our stay in Split a success. I only wish we could have stayed another night or two.

The apartment was lovely, perfect for 2 people and incredible to have the spacious terrace. We felt super safe and the area was quiet and calm eventhough it was located so close to the centre! We had all the ammenities and the host was super sweet and great at giving all the information of accessing the property! I 100% would come back again!

Linda was a fantastic host - from the start of the booking process to the end of our stay! She helped organise transfers to and from the flat (Mario was absolutely amazing too). The flat itself is in a convenient location - right next to the old town and approx 10 min walk to the beach. There’s bakeries, shop, pharmacy a stone’s throw away. The flats terrace is secluded enough to have an escape from the town and the studio provides a great base for exploring Split. We had a wonderful stay here and would not hesitate to return! Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay in Linda’s place. Small but perfectly formed, had everything we needed including some fabulous air conditioning and a lovely little terrace. Couldn’t be in a better location as well, a two minute walk to the green market, 5 to Diocletian’s palace and the Riva. We had a small maintenance issue during our stay and Linda was very responsive to this as well which was great. Linda was also clearly thoughtful in the set up of the apartment too with small details covered and a book of tips about the local area.

Safe and clean apartment located one block from the palace. Quick walks to market, bars, coffee, restaurants and waterfront. Linda was accommodating and a great communicator. She even assisted with getting us a car from the airport.She really took care of all our needs. If you need a tiny apartment this is the one to book.

Pros: - self check-in - Easy! - great location, very close to the old town (5 minute walk) and surrounded by Bakeries, shops and takeaways. - cosy apartment - private terrace - breakfast and sitting at in the evenings with some wine was very pleasant. Be sure to wear mosquito repellent, we got bitten quite a few times! - nice selection of complimentary amenities - helpful and kind host (Linda provided photos for the check in, which we found very useful as the apartment is slightly hidden away). she also offers airport transfer and tours - the bed was comfy - very well equipped, has everything you need. bathroom lotions, kitchen utensils, coffee pods etc etc Cons: - some extra pillows would have been nice - quite small apartment - the street outside was a little noisy due to children kicking the ball at the wall till late. You have to walk past these to leave the apartment. - we felt it was a bit expensive for what it is, having stayed in Croatia quite a few time

A small, cozy apartment located at the edge of Split's historic center. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, particularly the charming outside terrace. However, be aware that the room is quite small, so it might not be ideal if you plan to spend a lot of time indoors. The apartment offers quick access to the old city center, the coast, ferries, buses, a nearby grocery store, and several bakeries. Highly recommended!

Great spot to stay out of town but very close by in Split. We found the apartment a little smaller than in photos but with everything as described. Linda was very helpful with organising an airport transfer on our departure. The patio was very cute to eat breakfast and read on.

We loved Linda’s place! Such a cosy apartment with a beautiful balcony and walking distance to all the sites you want to visit. Linda was so helpful, proactive and friendly and was very accomodating letting us keep our luggage at her place after check out. The welcome book was also very helpful. I would love to stay again. Me and my mum loved staying at Linda’s! It was spotless, bed was comfy and the decor was so cute! It was an amazing stay at the perfect location as it was walkable to all sites. Linda was great and helped us with all our questions. If I come back to Split I would definitely be staying at Linda’s again 😊

We are so happy we booked Linda’s apartment! It is so conveniently located right on the east side of Split Old Town, with everything being easily reached by a short walk. The apartment itself has everything you need and was super clean. The terrace was so nice to have as an additional space too. Linda was super responsive to any messages or questions we had.
