Upon arrival to Luxury Villa Murano, you will discover the harmony of stone, greenery and the sea. Its spacious terraces, surrounded by stone walls, overlooking the sea, are an ideal place to relax. On the central terrace, there is a large infinity swimming pool (11 m * 3,5 m) and deck chairs for relaxing in the warm Dalmatian sun. Only a few steps away, you are at the beach of this captivating bay.

From the terrace, through the large glass walls, you will enter the ground floor of the villa. Here, you will find a large, fully equipped kitchen (Miele appliances), a dining room with a large table and chairs for 12 people, and a central living room area with a comfortable sofa and SAT TV. On this floor, you will also find an area for relaxing, which includes a sauna, a separate shower, a toilet and a billiard room.

The first floor of the villa is connected by a lift as well as a staircase. On the first floor of the villa, you will find the first master bedroom with a king size bed, an en suite bathroom with 2 sinks, a bathtub, a shower, and a toilet. There is also a walk-in wardrobe. The master bedroom has a private terrace overlooking the sea. On the same floor, there are two more bedrooms with king size beds, en suite bathrooms with a shower and private terraces overlooking the sea. There is also a small gym on the first floor of the villa.

The first floor and second floor of the villa are connected by a lift as well as a staircase. On the second floor of the villa, there is another master bedroom with a king size bed, an en suite bathroom with 2 sinks, a bathtub, a shower, and a toilet. There is also a walk-in wardrobe. The second master bedroom also has a private terrace overlooking the sea. On the same floor, there are two more bedrooms with king size beds, en suite bathrooms with a shower and private terraces overlooking the sea.
