Although there is an indoor jacuzzi with other wellness facilities that guests can enjoy, this villa also has an outdoor jacuzzi next to the living room for a completely relaxing vacation. Also, in addition to the outdoor dining room, it offers the possibility to use the grill and thus get to know the taste of Dalmatian food and enjoy the rich delicacies of this region.

On the ground floor, you can complete your stay in the piano living room by enjoying TV content or playing billiards. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances such as a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, ice maker, coffee maker, dishes and a high chair. Next to the kitchen is the dining room and an additional toilet.

On the ground floor of this charming stone villa, there are 3 Superior apartments with king size beds (40m2) overlooking the pool, the surrounding gardens and the pine forest. Each of them has its own private terrace that provides a relaxing and intimate atmosphere. All terraces are equipped with stone tables and seats. The apartments are decorated in pastel colors and equipped with unique and antique pieces of furniture that fit perfectly with the large iron beds covered with canopies. Each superior apartment has a bathroom with a bathtub and a custom-made red brick shower. All bathrooms are equipped with toiletries, the finest bathrobes, towels, slippers and a hairdryer.

We highlight the spacious main room of 60m2 with gallery, bathroom, balcony with table, tables, double bed, LCD TV with satellite programs. In general, each room has a large king-size bed, its own spacious bathroom with shower, a flat-screen TV and a separate balcony equipped with sun loungers, cushions and tables.

The two superior rooms have a very similar interior; a large iron bed with the finest sheets and pillows covered with a canopy that dominates the entire room. Both have elegant antique tables with a chair and a wall mirror. These elegant rooms are equipped with a large smart TV, bathrooms with bathtubs and the finest robes, slippers and towels. Small toiletries are also part of all bathrooms in this Roman-style villa. Superior rooms have private terraces with a beautiful view of the Villa's pool and the surrounding pine forest, providing nothing less than a dream vacation. Villa also has an additional twin bedroom with en suite shower room.
