Set on the coast in Mirca, about 1 m from the pebble beach and 30 m from the town center, this air-conditioned villa offers space for 14–17 guests. It has 7 bedrooms, including 16 beds plus 1 extra, and 6 bathrooms across two floors. The ground-floor living and dining area opens through French doors to the green yard with a heated swimming pool and deck chairs. A covered backyard area with a large fireplace is available for grilling, and guests can use private parking for 3–4 cars. Check-in starts at 16:00 and check-out is at 10:00.

On the ground floor of Villa Casa Mare, there is a large living room equipped with modern technology and contemporary furniture, including a leather seating set, a dining area furnished in accordance with the living room and equipped with wooden furniture. The whole area of the living room and dining section has two large French doors leading to the green yard with a large heated swimming pool. This floor is furnished to provide a perfect area for enjoyment and relaxation, and is equipped with deck chairs placed around the pool.

On the ground floor, there is a modernly fitted kitchen, one air-conditioned double bedroom with a sea view, a modern bathroom and an entrance to the front yard through the area of the laundry room and entertainment room, which consists of a large billiard table and a small fitness area for working out.

On the first floor of the Villa Casa Mare, there is a sleeping area, consisting of 6 spacious double bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. One bedroom has a private bathroom, a sofa that can be stretched out into a comfortable bed for one person, and a terrace with seating and a sea view. One bedroom has a terrace with seating overlooking the sea and a bathroom that is shared with another room, which also has its own terrace, but with a view to the peaceful surroundings of the villa. The next room has a private bathroom and, instead of a balcony, there is a French window, also overlooking the sea. In this bedroom, there is another sofa that can be stretched out into a comfortable bed for one person. On this floor, there are also 2 more bedrooms with private bathrooms and balconies overlooking the surroundings. All bedrooms are equipped with anatomic beds for your complete rest and relaxation.

Villa Casa Mare has a front yard, the main terrace, which faces the beautiful beach, a heated swimming pool (28 m²), and a plateau with comfortable lounge chairs for sunbathing.

In the backyard of the villa, there is a covered sitting area with a large fireplace, indispensable for the preparation of various grilled specialties. There is also a private parking space for 3 - 4 cars in the backyard.
