Outside, you’ll find a heated swimming pool (33 m²) with sunloungers, plus a jacuzzi, Finnish sauna, outdoor shower, and an alfresco dining area with barbecue grill. There’s also a courtyard with garden access, a gym, a play room with pool table and play station, WiFi, air conditioning, and underfloor heating. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out by 10:00. Pets are allowed on request (pet fee €15 per pet per day), and a €500 security deposit is required on arrival.

Villa is only 300 m from the sea and beach and only 500m from the center of Sutivan. The central town of Island Brač- Supetar is 6 km from the villa and town Bol with its famous pebble beach Zlatni rat is 39 km from the villa. The uniqueness of this beutiful villa is its modern and innovative construction, which allows as much natural light and air as possible in the rooms. The residential part this luxury Dalmatian villa has 200m2, while the entire property has 500m2. Villa is divided into two floors connected by internal stairs. It has a fully equipped kitchen, living room, 4 double bedrooms, 4 en suite bathrooms with shower, toilet and is suitable for 8 people. Arriving at the property you enter the upper floor of the villa, where there is a spacious living room with an LCD TV, a soundbar, soft white sofas from which you have a view of the old part of Sutivan. In addition to comfortable, luxurious sofas, there is a guest toilet, kitchen table with 8 chairs for dining, equipped kitchen with top Bosch electrical appliances such as an induction stove, oven, 2 different coffee machines (Dolce, filter). On this floor is the outdoor terrace, where there are comfortable deckchairs for sunbathing, outdoor dining table for 8 people and a superb grill for preparing quality meals next to the heated 33m2 swimming pool. In addition to the spacious heated pool, there is a heated jacuzzi for 5 people and sauna for 2 people, as well as an outdoor heated shower under which you can refresh yourself between the sauna and the pool. The internal stairs lead down to the ground floor, where there is a long corridor from which you can access the bedrooms. There are 4 double bedrooms with 4 en suite bathrooms with a walk-in shower, robes, slippers and towels. In each bedroom there is a King size bed 180x200, which can be separated into two beds 90x200. Each of the bedrooms has access to the courtyard, where there is a beautifully landscaped garden with various plants where you can relax and enjoy. Next to the bedrooms, there is a fully equipped gym and a playroom with pool table and play station so that you can fully fill your leisure and rest time. Villa is equipped with WiFi, a Sony Sound system for music, alarms (CO2, fire), ambient LED lighting and underfloor heating throughout the villa. Guests also have 3 electric bicycles at their disposal so they can enjoy riding on numerous cycling routes that date back to ancient times.

Sutivan is a wonderful old Dalmatian place, ideal for a relaxing holiday with the sound of the sea and birdsong in the middle of a green oasis surrounded by crystal blue sea. The town, which also has 822 inhabitants, was named after the local church of St. John on the foundations of the early Christian basilica around which the first group of stone houses were built. On the island of Brac, you can enjoy numerous activities, among which are horseback riding and swimming with horses, cycling, tasting of local products (wine, olive oil), sport climbing, boat rental, hiking, sailing, quad biking, etc.
