Four spacious bedrooms are at your disposal on the first floor, each with an ensuite bathroom, each offering a view of the sea. With access to the pool deck the airy ground floor, with floor to ceiling windows, yields a living area with a flatscreen TV, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and a dining table for eight. Although contemporary in every aspect, Villa Lumiere manages to show off a touch of the region’s typical architecture displaying natural stone accents. An exercise room is provided for the fitness enthusiasts, and your gracious host have supplied two bicycles ideal for exploring the area. Large tidy green lawn makes a lovely space for playtime with children while an outdoor barbecue invites you to put your master chef skills to use.

A small fishing village and a port town, Sutivan is a perfect destination for a leisurely holiday. It houses a 16th century Saint John the Baptist Church, the most notable attraction of town, and a splendid waterfront, ideal for long easy walks.
