Inside, enjoy an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area with a sofa that can provide two extra beds, plus a fireplace, smart LED TV, and air conditioning. Upstairs are two air-conditioned bedrooms and a bathroom with shower; towels and bed linens are provided. Check-in is after 15:00 and check-out is by 10:00. Two dogs are allowed for a fee of 10 € per night per dog.

The surroundings are beautifully landscaped and planted with Mediterranean vegetation, creating a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere.

Next to the villa, there are two fenced parking spaces and a stone barbecue, perfect for outdoor cooking enthusiasts. Close to the barbecue, a covered terrace with a comfortable wooden dining set for six offers a perfect spot for meals outside. A path from the terrace leads to the pool, surrounded by Mediterranean plants, including a 150-year-old olive tree that provides shade and privacy. The 20 m² pool area also features wooden loungers and an outdoor shower. A second terrace with lounge seating is located on the first floor, accessible by external stairs, where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea.

Inside, the ground floor features an open-plan area combining the kitchen, dining room, and living room. The living room offers a comfortable sofa that converts to two additional beds if needed. On cooler days, a fireplace provides cozy warmth, while a smart LED TV and air conditioning add comfort and entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen is the heart of the ground floor, ideal for cooking and dining together. Adjacent to it, a dining table for six awaits.
