The location is very good, near of the beach and the bus station. We didn’t need the condition in August, because of the forest near the house and shadow. The host Mateo was very helpful.

The apartment was beautiful and had an amazing large comfortable balcony which was shaded and there was lots of storage. It was close enough to walk to the beach, bakery, restaurants and grocery store however not suitable for someone with any physical restrictions as there are approximately 200 stairs to the street below or a decent walk down the path to the road below and uphill on the way back. It was super easy to catch bus 4 to old town. Mateo was so helpful with recommendations and helping us book a private boat tour which was the highlight of our stay . Overall great accommodations that I would book again.

Mateo was a super helpful host that also helped arrange a trip to Herzegovina we were planning. He was really responsive, friendly and gave lots of recommendations. His friendliness really made us all comfortable and the flat was perfect for a group of girls. We would absolutely stay here again if we return to Dubrovnik! It’s great value and the location gives you options.

We stayed at this place last week and it was absolutely wonderful. Mateo (who manages the property) and Vera were both were helpful. The checkin process was easy and Mateo walked us through everything in the apartment (water heaters, Aircons, door codes, etc). He also recommended us on the main attractions and how to get there. Place was clean and had all things as described. Sunset point beach is just a few meters away and has one of the most beautiful sunsets/sunrises. You also have a good selection of Restaurants near by. Old town is about a 10 minute drive and as we weren't driving, we Uber'd which surprisingly is cheap. One thing to note for people with accessible needs that, this specific apartment needed you to take stairs (two flight of stairs). It wasn't difficult but something to keep in mind. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Dubrovnik. Hoping to stay here next time we are in DBV.

Très bon accueil. Très propre, confortable (notamment la literie) et bien équipé (électroménagers neufs, comme la vaisselle). Les deux salles de bains sont impeccables. Bien situé : restaurants / bars / supermarché à 10 min à pied, plage et promenade de bord de mer à 5 min à pied, aéroport à 35 min de taxi et vieille ville à 15 min de taxi (les prix des Uber sont plutôt abordables). Il est aussi possible d'aller à la vieille ville à pied (50 min / 1h environ en décrochant sur la fin de la route principale par des sentiers et un parc le long de la côte pour profiter de la vue superbe)

This was a wonderful location with easy Uber pick up and drop off in the parking lot. Beautiful views from the parking lot and the space was exactly as expected. Mateo was above and beyond expectations. Extremely helpful and friendly!

Host was fabulous! Fully communicated all the necessary details , arranged airport transfers and advised on local amenities, places to eat and visit and things to do. Mateo organised a fantastic boat trip and we had a great day! We would highly recommend the apartment and its facilities. I do not want to take away anything from the 5* rating fur the apartment or the host but feel I should mention the steps down to the beach which were hard for some of the group especially in the heat. We did also use the road path as recommended by Mateo. Also no reflection on the apartment at all but Lapad beach front requires some work doing, the pebble beach is not particularly nice and the surrounding concrete area where people were sunbathing was in appropriate. However if you want a lovely stay in a great apartment with a fantastic host, I would recommend trying it, we had a great time! Thank you

This apartment was perfect for our family of 5. The kitchen and bathrooms were of high standards and the apartment was very comfortable for all. We enjoyed the location as we were able to easily walk to the beach and our teenagers loved the cliff jumping just around the bay in Lapad. With the bus stop only a few minutes walk away (down a long flight of steps!), we were in the Old Town within 10 minutes. We would definitely stay at this apartment on a return visit to Dubrovnik!

This was, by far, the highlight apartment of our six week trip around Croatia. Extremely spacious, clean, excellent location (be prepared for lots of stairs to get around), super helpful and responsive host. We used the kitchen a few times to cook meals as well as prepare our daily breakfast, it had everything we needed. And the washing machine/dryer was also well used during our stay. Honestly can’t fault this apartment. Don’t look further, just book it!

I would recommend Scala resturaunt, Lorenzo the owner is very friendly & the food is very good. Its located within walking distance & is beside the large Tommy supermarket. Absolutely brilliant stay. Matteo was excellent and went above and beyond to help us with recommendations and arranging very good transport several times for us. Nothing was too much trouble and really responsive and helpful. The apartment itself was fantastic - had everything we could have needed, was clean and very modern. Comfy beds and quiet location. Gorgeous beach just a 5 min walk away - never seen such clear water. Whilst there we also took a bus into the Old Town (number 4 stop right outside steps from apartment). Very easy - €2 for a single and took about 20 mins. Drops you right outside gates to the City Walls. Will definitely return and recommend to everyone looking at visiting Dubrovnik. Thank you Matteo!

Il faut toutefois savoir que l’accès depuis la plage nécessite un peu d’effort car il faut gravir presque 200 marches. Il est possible de contourner les marches mais c’est beaucoup plus long.

This apartment was great! First of all the Host was very responsive, helpful and polite. There were full recomendations what to do, where to go, what to eat and what to see in Dubrovnik. Secondly, the apartment itself was very spacious, clean and with beautiful views. We liked not being in the busy part of old town and yet it was only a 10 minute drive when we wanted to go which made it easy. Also walking distance to the beach and many restaurants. Marko was very friendly and communicated often. He arranged airport transfers for us and offered a list of other activities we could purchase (similar priced to other providers in the town). The apartment was very clean, everything was almost brand new and working great, plenty of towels and storage space. The only issue encountered was a sewage smell from the bathroom drains.
