Two balconies add extra outdoor space, and one overlooks the Adriatic and Cres Island. The layout suits larger families, two families, or a group of friends. One parking place is available; check-in is from 16:00 and check-out by 10:00.

We named our apartment Bella Vita because when we come here we feel like in paradise. It is our secret place to run away from everyday hustle and bustle... It is spacious, comfortable, ideal for bigger family, two families or a group of friends. There are three bedrooms, one living room with kitchen, two bathrooms and two balconies. I love to sip morning coffee on the balcony overlooking deep blue Adriatic and Cres Island... The closest beach is in a walking distance of cca 750 meters but there are fantastic wild beaches all around. If you like bike riding or active holidays it is also a fantastic place for sport activities and of course for family vacations too. Ližnjan is cosy, small town where everything is close. It is also a perfect location to start exploring Istria.

From the first stay I felt in love with Croatia and we visit this beautiful country as often as we can. That is why we have our own place here in Ližnjan. I don't like crowds and busy touristic places. That is why I chose this cosy, seaside town. My passion are motorbikes and parrots. I hope everyone who stay in my apartment Bella Vita will find peace and rest so needed nowadays. Enjoy beautiful nature, sun and see!

Ližnjan is cosy, small town where everything is close: supermarket, restaurants and local taverns, coffee bars, pharmacy... Bigger supermarkets you will find in Medulin, which is much more busy but still very attractive touristic resort not far from Ližnjan. It is also a perfect location to start exploring Istria. Nature Park Rt Kamenjak - a nature phenomenon is the closes attraction, Pula with Roman amphitheatre, Istria's inland with picturesque vineyards and olive groves...
