Located on the first floor, the apartment provides a generous 100 m² interior and a 20 m² balcony for a relaxed stay. The living area is suitable for both families and groups, and bed linen and bath towels are provided. A single air conditioner is available in the kitchen area for added comfort. Guests have access to a shared BBQ in the courtyard and a private parking space is included. One pet is welcome with an extra charge; if you have more than one, please enquire. Quiet hours are respected, and parties are not permitted. Check-in is available from 14:00 and check-out by 10:00.

MALVINA #2 Three-Bedrooom Apartment (Donji) is a 3 star Apartment. It is located in 20 minutes walking distance from town center and in 10 minutes walking distance from the nearest beach. Interior size is 100 m2 and balcony is 20 m2. It is located on floor: 1. The accommodation has one air conditioner. The air conditioner is located in the kitchen. Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the accommodation itself. All guests have the possibility to use a common BBQ in the courtyard of the house.

PARKING: Private parking space is available in the courtyard of the house.

MAXIMUM GUESTS: 6 person

CHILDREN: One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using existing bed. Babycot is provided upon request and is free of charge.

PETS: One pet is allowed and extra charge is 7€ per night. The surcharge is paid upon arrival in cash. If you have more than 1 pet, send a request to check if it is possible to make an exception.
