This beautiful, modern, yet traditional villa in Sumartin is a typical island town villa. Settled in the center of Sumartin on Brač, this charming stone house features a wonderful pool in the intimate garden surrounded by a stone wall guaranteeing your privacy. The house was built for a party of 10 guests, with 5 bedrooms and four bathrooms. Just like the exterior, the interior was decorated in a rustical style, with stone walls, antique furniture, and lovely artwork on the villa’s walls. The garden is a perfect escape from the summer heat, and Mediterranean trees and bushes prevail. You will especially love the lemon and tangerine scent while enjoying the relaxing moments in one of the sun loungers by the pool. We would especially like to point out the terrace of the villa, providing a view on the little harbor and the center of Sumartin, reminding you just how close you are to the real world.
