Excellent location, very clean, amazing aircon. Apartment felt luxurious as soon as you walk in. Extras like bathrobes, beach towels really appreciated. Very easy to Uber into old town 9 to 14 euros. Lots of room for a family of four.

We spent six wonderful days in this apartment in Dubrovnik. The location is excellent — just a short walk from one of the beaches and a lovely promenade with cozy restaurants. The apartment is well-equipped and has everything needed for a long-term stay. Everything fully matched the description and photos. Communication with the management, represented by Maro, was very pleasant. At our first meeting, he provided us with detailed information about the apartment, the city, and its attractions. Any questions we had were quickly and efficiently resolved. We definitely recommend this apartment and hope to come back again someday!

As the name says, a luxury apartment. A modern and gorgeous 2 bedrooms apartment, with a nice terrace. Very spacious, stylish, extremely clean, equipped with everything you need and even more. We even had bathrobes and beach towels. The smell in the apartment was amazing. Everything was designed to make you feel special and very comfortable. Tea & coffee in the kitchen for the stay. Wine, beer and water for us in the fridge when we arrived. And also some cookies. Very nice and much appreciated. The location is great, in a very nice area, close to the beach and the promenade, with restaurants and bars. Next to the building there is a staircase that leads you directly to this beautiful street. There is also a supermarket on the ground floor of the building. The building has an underground garage with plenty of parking spaces.

Our apartment was perfect, clean, spacious and luxurious products provided even a luxury hairdryer. Everything was so comfortable and we felt very special during our stay. Tea, coffee drinks in the kitchen area. Iron and ironing board to prep our clothes for the day. Location was a short walk to the promenade in Lapad and the supermarket next door could provide any additions we needed.

Es war wirklich perfekt! Das Apartment ist hochwertig, geschmackvoll und modern ausgestattet. Alles ist blitzsauber und das Nötige ist vorhanden. Die Lage ist ebenfalls hervorragend - nah am Meer und bei tollen Restaurants sowie nur wenige Minuten von der Busstation entfernt, um die schöne Altstadt zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation war schnell und professionell. Zusätzlich war der Kühlschrank mit Getränken gefüllt und es waren Kaffee sowie Kekse vorhanden. Vielen herzlichen Dank für alles - besser geht‘s nicht.

公寓跟图片一样好看，公寓后面有很多餐厅，还有沙滩跟超市，距离古城uber 12分钟，大约10欧左右，开车去的朋友们尽量租小一点的车，地下停车场是旋转式，不适合大的suv，公寓隔音一般，楼梯间的声音会听得见。

The property was stunning - spacious and extremely clean. Around 10 minutes in an Uber to the Old Town (cost around €7). I’m walking distance lots of lovely restaurants, bars and beaches/sunbathing spots. Maro was SO helpful and told us everything we need to know about Dubrovnik - where to go/what to do. We were sad to leave after just three nights and would definitely come back.

Every was brilliant! The flat is gorgeous and so spacious. Best rental property we’ve stayed in. It’s clean and comfortable with a great view balcony. It also smells amazing in the apartment. If you are looking for a luxury apartment this is a gem. There is also a supermarket on the ground floor of the building. Less than 10 mins walk to bars, restaurants and a great beach.

This is an amazing apartment. I would easily give it more than 5 stars if possible. The apartment is in a new building in Lapad just a few minutes walk from the main pedestrian pathway which is lined with restaurants. We used Uber to go to and from the Old Town which was usually around 6 Euros. The apartment is very well equipped, clean, comfortable and finished to a much higher standard than most Airbnb apartments. Maro, who represented the booking agent, was extremely helpful. He met us on arrival, explained everything about the apartment and provided us with lots of helpful information. We had a few small requests during our stay which Maro quickly responded to. Lapad is a great area to stay in and I highly recommend this apartment.

We were as a family with two children two weeks in this apartment. Apartment is very well located, in nice area, very close to beach and main avenue with restaurants and stores. In the same building there is a grocery store and it is very convenient. Apartment was renovated and everything is new and clean. Is also big enough and family can feel comfortable here. Cleaning service was also available and was very friendly. We had a very nice time in Dubrovnik and would definitely recommend the apartment to others.

Ein wunderschönes, nagelneues Apartment in perfekter Lage in der Lapad-Bucht! Große, uneinsehbare Terrasse, perfekt ausgestattete Küche, superbequeme Betten, Bademantel, Badetücher, Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen, Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer und eine sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Supermarkt, man muss zum Einkaufen nur die Stiege runtergehen... Das Haus hat eine Tiefgarage mit einer ausreichenden Anzahl von Parkplätzen. Neben dem Haus führt eine Treppe direkt zur Fußgängerzone, die zum sehr schönen Strand "Sunset Beach" führt, den man in wenigen Minuten erreicht. Es gibt eine perfekt ausgebaute Strandpromenade mit vielen guten Restaurants. Mit dem Bus oder dem Taxi (am besten Uber) ist man in ein paar Minuten in der sehenswerten, historischen Altstadt. In Dubrovnik wird man nicht leicht ein besseres Apartment mit einem derart guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis finden. Dieses war unser Highlight in einer Reihe von Apartments während unserer Kroatien-Rundreise. Herzlichen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft, wir kommen jedenfalls wieder!
