The apartment is lovely. Very high quality. The view from the balcony is amazing. And the location is great for Lapad and the port. For the old town it’s easy by Uber for €8. Maro was a great host. Overall - one of the best Air B&B’s I’ve stayed in.

Het is een fijn appartement, in een rustige buurt met prachtig uitzicht vanaf een heerlijk balkon. Totaal geen last van burengeluiden. De vele kleine supermarktjes zijn erg duur. Daar keken we wel van op. De grote supermarkt die je ziet vanaf het balkon is een stuk goedkoper maar een eind lopen. Maar een Uber is zo geregeld. De oude binnenstad is ontzettend druk, ook in oktober. Dat komt door de cruiseschepen die elke dag nieuw aankwamen. Maar het is er echt prachtig. Handdoekhaken in de badkamer ontbraken maar bij goed weer kunnen ze drogen aan de waslijn buiten. Laatste tip: ga niet met de dure kabelbaan omhoog maar met een goedkopere taxi. Hij stopt bij een veel mooier eerder uitzichtpunt!

Maro was very helpful and easy to get along with. Everything as advertised. Washing machine easy to use. Great location for restaurants with a mini-supermarket close by. Hill is very gentle. Easy to get to old city on buses or uber (€9 one-way).

Great view , clean apartment, very responsive host, very comfortable beds and a sofa to die for. A private garage if you have a car. Unfortunately, the shower did not work and our host was unwell so we decided not to trouble him. We do hope that the guests that followed us had the use of a working shower and enjoy their stay as much as we did.

Unser Aufenthalt in Dubrovnik war einfach nur wunderbar und das tolle Apartment dazu hat diese Reise perfekt gemacht. Die Unterkunft ist einfach super schön und sieht genauso wie auf den Bildern aus. Die Verbindung zur Altstadt hat super mit dem Uber funktioniert und 3 Tage waren definitiv zu kurz um hier zu verweilen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

The host is super nice. We arrived a little bit early and were let to check-in. The view from the balcony was magnificent: we watched different brands of cruise ships docking and leaving. The location is perfect, walking distance to everything but in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay very much. Just wish that there were beach towels available. Maro met us on arrival, showed us around, provided lots of really useful information about the local area and the old city. This place was the perfect home base for our trip. The location was amazing — the beach, restaurants, bars, and clubs were all within walking distance, and Old Town was just a $10 Uber ride away. The view from the balcony overlooking the sea was breathtaking, and we loved watching the sunset from the Airbnb. The apartment was spacious and quiet, so we always slept well. Maro was an incredible host — he met us at check-in and explained how everything worked, which was so helpful. We also used Maro’s shuttle service to and from the airport, and both rides were on time and stress-free. We truly felt like VIPs. This Airbnb really made our trip perfect!

The apartment was modern yet super comfortable and furnished with everything you could need in accommodation. The view however was the ultimate luxury, it was super special waking up to and winding down to the beautiful bay. There is a bus stop within walking distance as well as various restaurants. We had a fabulous meal, literally down the road at Maskeron and then Shelbys for yummy cocktails. Maro was also very attentive, helpful and friendly. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Das Apartment ist wie auf den Fotos. Der Ausblick sogar live noch besser. Der Vermieter ist immer erreichbar. Der Strand ist zu Fuss ca. 10-15 Minuten entfernt. Lovely apartment with great balcony giving view over harbour - woke up every morning to a view of a different cruise ship! It's quite a steep walk up either a long path with steps or the road from the harbour to the flat - but that lends itself to the great view of course. The apartment is well furnished and has most things you could need. Provision of beach towels would have been useful but otherwise it had everything we needed. Good location for some nice restaurants only a short walk down the road - we eat at three withing 5 to 10 min walks and all excellent. And only a 5 minute walk to the nearest number 6 bus stop ( or 10 min to the stop that has a kiosk you can buy tickets from), that takes you to the main entrance of the Old Town.

Maro made us feel so welcome when we arrived and gave us lots of local recommendations. Stunning location in the excellent Lapada area and only five euros to get to the old town. We really loved the beautiful balcony in the apartment and spent many happy hours drinking and chatting there. The dolce gusto coffee machine was fab and we loved the sunset at the top of the cable car and a trip to the local restaurant nearby that cooked our dinner under a bell. Lokram island and the city walls are a must see. coral beach club was a lovely way to spend a few hours before our flight home. We will definitely be back to this stunning apartment.

L'endroit est parfait pour rester au calme après une journée passée à Dubrovnik. Le stationnement est parfait, pas besoin de sortir la voiture. A 10 minutes de la promenade Lapad et de bons restaurants. Pour aller à la vieille ville, plus facile de prendre un Uber. L'hôte était très gentil et nous a bien expliqué les environs. Il y a eu un problème avec un équipement défectueux laissé par un locateur précédent et Maro a tout réglé rapidement pendant que nous visitions la vieille ville. The apartment was beautiful and exactly as described and shown in the photos. The balcony had a great view of the harbour, and we had great fun spotting the different cruise ships every day. The one thing to point out is that it’s at the top of an incline, which can get a bit tiring toward the end of a busy week exploring. Local bus stop close by and very easy to use. Maro was fantastic, very responsive and arranged excursions and multiple taxis. nothing seemed to be too trouble for him (thank you Maro). I would definitely book this apartment again.

We loved our stay at this air BnB and the host would not have been more helpful. We were looked after from the minute we arrived to the airport, right through to check out. We were even allowed in to stay in the apartment a little longer with luggage due to flight delay. This was a huge help to us. The apartment was lovely and clean with all the amenities we needed. The property was very clean, well furnished and decorated. It has a beautiful terrace and a lot of space. Location is also perfect. One thing to keep in mind is that the property is on the hill so if you are travelling with elderly people I would advise to get a taxi. The host was wonderful and gave us advice on what to visit and see around the area and in the old town. For sure will recommend to anyone going for a weekend trip or a long term stay.

We knew we were away from the old city but our host recommended uber for our party of 6 staying in the same area and we had no trouble getting taxis back and forth to town for all of us. There were only two of us, and we each had a bedroom, but it will very comfortably take care of 2 couples. Old town Dubrovnik is a short inexpensive Uber ride away but when you leave the hustle and bustle, you have a really comfortable quiet space to wake up too and return to. Kitchen was very stocked of you wanted to cook meals. We had coffee and breakfast on the balcony. Great view. Big plus was the washer-dryer! They don’t provide beach towels so you will have to get your own, but it has everything we needed. Thanks Maro.

First off, if we could give a 10 star rating we would. We have stayed in many airbnb all over the world and this one was by far the best we have ever stayed in. It is a brand new refurbished gem. The couch was huge and the beds were spacious and extremely comfortable. The apartment was spotless. It had everything your could possible need for short or long term rental. It was stocked with the most amazing welcome package we have ever seen. From alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages, sweets, salty and savory treats, coffee and much more. Shower was amazing. Huge TV with Netflix and excellent wi-fi speed. Apt was walking distant to promenade, bus stop #6. Which was extremely packed even in off season, so we took uber to old town. Walkable to harbor and 30 walk to old town. Views were amazing. We enjoyed looking at the cruise ships coming everyday and the new multiple color lighting of the suspension bridge. Our host Maro was excellent. He helped to arrange trips. Highly recommend!!
