We hebben een heerlijke vakantieweek in Dubrovnik gehad. Onze gastheer, Maro, regelde de luchthaventransfers voor ons! Zijn appartement was erg mooi en schoon, met een prachtig uitzicht op de heuvels, de zee en de haven! Maro was erg vriendelijk en gaf ons gedetailleerde informatie over het appartement en alle leuke dingen om te doen in Dubrovnik! Dankzij hem hebben we verschillende onvergetelijke excursies gehad! We komen graag terug!

Excellent appartement, très neuf et propre. Belle terrasse avec vue. Ascenseur. Plus loin de la vieille ville mais qui se fait bien en transport en commun. Bon emplacement dans le quartier Lapad qui a beaucoup à offrir avec restaurants de qualité et plage!! On y retournerait!

We had a great time at Maro's apartment. He greeted us when we arrived, was very communicative, and gave us lots of tips about the city, restaurants, transportation, beaches, and, of course, the beautiful new apartment. He also welcomed us with some fruit, bread, a bottle of wine, juice, and water... a real treat! We left the car in the garage and explored the city on foot or even by bus. The apartment is super well-equipped, and we definitely recommend it, and we hope to return someday. 5* is not enough for Maro’s service and the apartment. Thank you, Maro.

Highly recommend! Great location (love Lapad)… very close to Marina and bus routes. The apartment is pristine and wonderfully stocked. The host left water, juice, wine, milk, bananas, apples, and cookies for us to enjoy - very thoughtful. The views were fantastic! We were a family of four (15, 17 year olds).

Our experience was absolutely wonderful. The first thought upon entering the apartment was, “Is this really the same place we booked?” – we even checked the photos again on Booking because in reality, the apartment looks even better! The location is perfect – close to a bus stop, grocery store, beach, and promenade – yet peaceful and quiet. Everything was spotlessly clean. The view from the window of the sea and port was simply stunning. Beds and pillows were comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the bathroom had Rituals toiletries – such a nice touch! From the moment we booked, we felt truly welcomed. The hosts sent kind messages and made sure everything was in order. When we arrived, we were greeted with lovely gifts – local wine, cookies, and fruit. A special thanks to Maro – not only he welcomed us and explained everything clearly, but he also gave us really helpful local tips. Such warm and hospitable people! Nous avons particulièrement aimé la terrasse (parfaite pour le petit déjeuner ou un dernier verre en soirée) et la vue depuis celle-ci. Nous avons aussi apprécié l’air conditionné et la machine à laver - très pratique après la plage (capsules et adoucissant fournis). L’appartement était très propre, moderne, accueillant et très bien équipé. Beaucoup de petites attentions à l’arrivée: vin, biscuits, eau minérale, pain, beurre, lait… Merci à notre hôte, Maro, qui nous a très bien accueillies et a été de très bons conseils tout au long de notre séjour. Nous reviendrons!

This place - it was as if someone read a manual on all of the things you could possibly do to create the perfect apartment rental stay…and then actually did all of those things. Amazing bathroom, lovely space, gorgeous balcony, great location, close to grocery, walking distance from great beaches Really regret we didn’t stay longer I was a bit dreading being in Dubrovnik because of tourists swarming but this location was magical, I was totally sold on the place. Incredibly kind, stand out hosts. They went way above and beyond. Never bad such a great experience in all my rentals all over the world, it was phenomenal.

There was a beautiful clay track in front to run in the mornings, groceries were 3min away and very walkable to the pier, where there some fantastic local restaurants. Absolutely amazing apartment in lapad , I stayed with my husband and 2 children aged 8 and 11. The apartment was extremely clean and had everything you could think of. The host was very nice, also arranged transportation from the airport to the apartment for us, and was on time and at a very reasonable price. Mario, the host, showed us around the apartment and gave a few tips on trips and restaurants on where to eat. We also had wine , biscuits, and fruit on arrival. The view of the port was great , seeing all the cruise ships coming in and out of the port was lovely. Quiet area of lapad felt very safe and would definitely return. We were a tad early on arrival, and the host allowed us to put our suitcase in the apartment while the cleaners were still doing the change over. We then headed out in lapad to explore and went to the supermarket before returning a tour or so later to the spotless apartment.

Highly recommend staying here! It was impeccably clean and well taken care of. New building and beautiful design. Centrally located & a short walk to market, bakery, cafe and beach. Host was exceptionally helpful snd gave many excellent recommendations for dinner and excursions. Wifi worked well in living room/kitchen, however in the front bedroom the signal was weaker & difficult to stay connected. Other than that, this place was fantastic!

Lovely flat in a great location to walk to most places. The apartment had everything you could want and some extra touches like fruit, milk, water and wine. Maro met us and helped us with ideas of where to go and what to do. He also sorted a trip out for us. Maro was an excellent host who was easy to communicate with. Wir konnten vorzeitig unser Gepäck in der Unterkunft abstellen und erhielten unzählige Infos und Empfehlungen von Verwalter Maro (wo einkaufen, welcher Bus in die Altstadt, wo gut essen). Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet mit z.Bsp. Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine, Toilettenpapier. Über das erwartbare hinaus war die Ausstattung des Kühlschranks. Da wir Sonntags ankamen, konnten wir nicht einkaufen. Im Kühlschrank war Toast, Marmelade, Nutella, Butter, eine Flasche Wasser, auf dem Tisch war eine Flasche Wein und Kekse. Der Wahnsinn! Maro war auch in der Folge über WhatsApp kurzfristig erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit.

Had a really enjoyable three night stay at this property. We were met by the lovely Maro who gave us a tour of the place and provided a rundown on the must see places in Dubrovnik. The location is in a suburban neighbourhood within easy walk to shops, the port, public transport and less than a 10 min Uber to the old town. Apartment had everything you need, fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds, laundry facilities and a relaxing balcony area with great views. Highly recommended property, thank you Maro!

Lovely clean and spacious apartment in a good location close to New Port, Sunset Beach, promenade, Red Museum and buses to Old City (though we always walked the 1.5 miles) and Cavtat. Supermarkets and many restaurants nearby. We stayed 2 weeks, which would be too long for just Dubrovnik Old City, which is quite small and packed with tourists. Other activities include bus tour to Kotor, island-hopping tour and we spent several days in much smaller, quieter and cheaper Cavtat (EUR 4 each way on bus 10).

We loved our trip to Lapad and especially our stay at MaLa. A little hard to find due to G Maps taking you to a no-entry road, but host was helpful. The flat itself is smaller than looks in the photos but it was big enough for us. Very modern and well presented. The place and all facilities were immaculately cleaned. They had thought of everything and had left wine, milk, bread and many more goodies for us. They had everything we needed apart from a microwave, but it was fine. I would definitely recommend this apartment and I would book again myself. Thank you to the host from me and my family!!

Für eine extrem touristische und somit teure Stadt wie Dubrovnik war die Wohnung eine super Möglichkeit, als Familie nach Dubrovnik zu reisen.
